There are opportunities they are given that would not have been the same if they were working for a company or an agency. And although you might be thinking that the freedom alone is one of the strong points, when it comes to what really sets apart a good freelancer if beyond that creative drive.

    The Super Power of Building Relationships

    A lot of developers start their career opening an agency. You spend your time trying to gain clients, trying to provide solutions, running after different projects. But for some freelancing is the best route. Whether it’s yourself, or you work for a company like Codeable, it provides the best way to get the kind of clients you want. Ideally, those who are respectful, and they appreciate your work, and they return to you and you build a relationship with them.

    What many developers have admired the most about the freelancing is the relationship that you can build with clients.

    With the ability to communicate with clients, to express yourself, to even talk about technical stuff and not only the technical stuff. All of that together makes it much more sense to as a human being and as a system solver or provider, to work with clients than any other way.

    What sets a good freelancer apart is the ability to build relationships. It’s never about what that customer needs now or what that customer might need now, it’s about supplying them with what they need now in such a manner that they are always going to come back to you for it. You are their trusted partner in this journey that they are making with their website, and they will always come back to you. It’s about establishing those relationships in very solid manner. And it’s about the small things. It’s about saying, please, thank you, or remembering them on a holiday and saying, “Hey, happy holiday.” It’s the little things that make it.

    The Hardest Part is the Soft Stuff, Not the Technical Stuff.

    As a result, what sets a really amazing freelancer apart from ones that tackle the hardest part, the soft skills. That’s the most difficult part to really tone down.

    The technical stuff you can learn in a book. Saying it’s not hard I suppose is reductive. But you’re capable of learning it with ease, there’s a structure to it. The soft stuff is the harder piece of it.

    What is compelling about a product is when it’s really created with customer need in mind. Less breath, and more depth. By that have it focus on this one problem and just really introduce an elegant, simple, easy solution that reflects and understanding of the customer’s true need.

    Everyone has seen products out there, plugins, extensions, consumer products that are just patched together, modified from one thing to suit a different need. What is important is the thing that you’re creating really does meet a real need in the market.

    This is looking at it from the customer perspective and not from a coding or development standpoint If the store owner uses your plugin , they want to with minimal guidance and to be able to feel confident in their use of it. That is the bigger picture.

    This may not be feasible depending on the level of complexity of the problem that you’re trying to solve. But it can be bolstered by really great docs, videos, and how to’s. With Google these days, people can find guidance out there. If they are using something and it’s intuitive or it’s adapting to their skill level or needs, that is really beautiful.

    Winning Hearts with Reviews

    It’s not always about market share or numbers. It’s also about winning the hearts of those that you’re trying to serve. So the amount of passion that comes through reviews should reflect a love for a brand, or the story about “hey, it really made my work a lot easier,” or “It boosted my sales by 40 percent,” or, “it changed how I think about my business, and it changed the opportunity for me.”

    Since ChatGPT hit the scene in late 2022, new generative AI (artificial intelligence) programs have been popping up everywhere. One of the more unique types of artificial intelligence is AI voice, which allows you to use text prompts to create voice clips for marketing, employee training, and more. In this post, we’ll show you how to make an AI voice using a popular program, PlayHT. Let’s dive in.

    Artificial intelligence is an expansive technology that allows computers to perform extensive tasks that humans would normally do. However, those tasks take a fraction of the time with AI systems. There are several types of AI, the most common being narrow AI. This type of AI is used to create images, voice, music, and text from a simple text prompt.

    AI voices are computer-generated voices that mimic human voices’ sounds, features, and tones. They either start as text or by recording your own voice to create a unique human-sounding voice. Through the power of AI’s text-to-speech technology, creators can develop voices for podcasts, voiceovers, or serve as assistive tools for the visually impaired.

    How do AI Voice Generators Work?

    AI voice generators require a text preprocessor, phonetic transcription, and voice synthesis in order to work. The first step, text preprocessing, takes the raw text and makes it all neat and organized. It breaks down words into smaller parts called tokens, fixes weird artifacts like contractions or special characters, and turns numbers into actual words.

    Then, in the second step, those tokens are analyzed and given tags like verbs, nouns, or adjectives. This helps the system understand how each word should be used and what it means in the context.

    Now, here’s where the magic happens. The text goes through phonetic analysis, which means it’s converted into a special kind of writing that captures how words should sound when spoken. This includes stress, tone, and rhythm to make the speech sound natural.

    Finally, in the last step, all that hard work pays off. The phonetic transcriptions are turned into real speech using sound waves. Thanks to modern AI algorithms, the speech generated nowadays sounds way more natural and human-like than the text-to-speech engines of the past.

    How to Make an AI Voice

    Voice generators have come a long way since IBM released Shoebox in 1962. Modern systems, such as PlayHT, have a variety of synthetic voices with varying tones, making it possible to create the most realistic voices. Other tools, such as MurfAI, will allow you to adjust the pitch, tone, and speed. In this tutorial, we will use PlayHT to create an AI voice.

    Step 1: Creating an Account

    The first step in the process is to create a free PlayHT account. Start by navigating to the home page, then click the try for free button at the top right of the screen.

    You can sign up using a Google account or enter your name and email. Use your chosen method, then click sign up to continue.

    In the next step, choose whether you plan to use PlayHT as an individual or in a company setting.

    Once your selections are made, and your account is created, you can begin exploring the interface.

    Step 2: Exploring the Interface

    Let’s get familiar with the interface before we generate our first voice:

    1. Create new file: This is where you’ll create your first project.
    2. Recent files: A list of your most recent projects.
    3. Files: Where all of your files are located.
    4. Voice cloning: You can upload audio of a voice, then clone it for use in the software.
    5. API access: For integrating PlayHT into other applications
    6. Billing: Manage your account.
    7. Language selector: English is the only option right now, but other languages are in the works.
    8. Word count: Allows you to see how many remaining words are available.
    9. Generate all paragraphs: Used to generate an AI voice.
    10. Import video: Add voiceovers to an uploaded video.
    11. Text prompt: Text input for AI voice generation.
    12. Audio controls: Adjust the timeline of your voice, and rearrange clips.
    13. Export project: Save your project by paragraph or as one wav file.

    Step 3: Generating Your First AI Voice

    Generating an AI voice with PlayHT is simple. You can create your own script or use an AI chatbot to assist you. In this tutorial, we’ll use ChatGPT to generate the text for our voice. Start by clicking the create new file button to create a new project for our voice.

    Next, we’ll choose a synthetic voice for the project. To do this, click the voice icon directly above the text prompt.

    A new popup window will appear, allowing you to sample one of more than 130 AI voices. To choose one, simply click on it (1), select the playback speed (2), choose to apply the voice to all paragraphs in your project (3), then confirm the changes (4).

    We’ll choose Hudson because he sounds the most realistic and has a good narrative voice for our script.

    Use ChatGPT to Generate a Video Script

    Now that we have our voice selected, we’ll need to generate some text. We’ll ask ChatGPT to create a short video script providing interesting facts about dogs. We used the following prompt: Provide a brief video script to showcase 5 unknown facts about dogs.

    Once the script is generated, we’ll need to input some text for our project. We’ll start by pasting the intro of our script into PlayHT: Hello, dog lovers! Today, we will uncover five fascinating and lesser-known facts about man’s best friend, dogs! So, grab a treat, sit back, and let’s dive in!

    To generate the voice, click the play icon to the left of the text prompt.

    PlayHT will generate the text using Hudson’s voice. Depending on the amount of text you use, the generation process could take up to a few minutes. Once complete, you’ll be able to preview the voice by clicking the play button (1) to the right of the screen. If you aren’t satisfied with the result, you can click the regenerate button (2) to try again.

    While this does sound pretty good, it could use a bit of adjusting. The breaks in the voice don’t sound quite right, so we’ll make a couple of adjustments.

    PlayHT allows you to make changes to the text input, then regenerate it. This is helpful when the output isn’t up to your standards. A good tip is to add dashes between sentences to create a natural pause. With AI voice generators, there is a tendency to rush the text, creating unnatural run-on sentences. So, to correct this, we’ll change our original prompt to: Hello dog lovers! – Today, we will uncover five fascinating and lesser-known facts about man’s best friend – dogs! – So, grab a treat, sit back, and let’s dive in!

    Here are the results:

    Step 4: Voice Cloning

    Another cool feature of PlayHT is the ability to create your own AI voices. It works by uploading a 30-second clip, then transforming it into a usable AI voice for your projects. To start, click the voice cloning tab in the PlayHT interface.

    Next, click the create a new clone button.

    Since we are using the free license, our only option is to choose the instant option, which creates an AI voice from a 30-second sound clip.

    Next, give your voice a name (1), choose a gender (2), upload an audio file (3), confirm that you have the rights to use the clip (4), and click create (5).

    Once the clone is created, it will appear underneath the create a new clone button (1). From there, you can use it (2), share it (3), or delete it (4).

    To see how it sounds, add a text prompt to preview it. To be honest, we were pretty impressed with the results:

    Step 5: Exporting a Project

    The last step in the creation process is exporting your sound files. You can do this one of two ways: exporting one paragraph at a time or all paragraphs in one file. For most creators, it makes sense to export files separately. That way, you can add cut scenes and other effects between each one. To export your files, click the export button at the top left of the screen.

    All files are exported as wav audio files, which can be imported using any audio software.

    Best Practices for AI Voice Generators

    Understanding a few best practices when creating clips to get the most out of AI voice generators is important. First, separate sentences by adding a dash (-). This lets the algorithm know there should be a pause and will typically eliminate run-on sentences. Similarly, commas and semi-colons can add a natural pause between words. On the other hand, avoid hyphens between words in a sentence. For example, you would use landlocked rather than land-locked.

    You should also add spaces between acronyms to help AI understand that there should be individual spoken letters rather than words. For example, instead of using AI, use A I. You can also add a period between letters in acronyms. To avoid word repetition, rephrase your text to include punctuation, such as commas, semicolons, or hyphens. Another way to remedy repetition is to break sentences down into smaller ones. This prevents the AI from becoming confused, which usually ends with undesirable results.

    AI voice generators are changing the way creators make audio. Through artificial intelligence software like PlayHT, you can create voices for podcasts, YouTube videos, marketing videos, training materials, and more. As AI technology advances, the future of voice generation holds tremendous potential, opening doors to more immersive experiences.

  • Mastodon and WordPress: 8 Ways to Make Them Work Together

    Mastodon and WordPress seem like a pretty good match for each other. Both are open source platforms based on similar philosophies: To give users a way to build their own piece of online real estate and help democratizing publishing.

    Considering their commonalities, wouldn’t it make sense to find ways for the two platforms to work more closely together and integrate with each other? That’s exactly what we want to explore in this post.

    The following article talks about how you can use your WordPress site to verify your account on Mastodon, how to display Mastodon content in WordPress, automatically post your WordPress content to the social platform, and more.

    Use Your WordPress Site for Verification on Mastodon

    As mentioned in our Mastodon tutorial, it’s possible to verify your Mastodon profile. This is similar to the blue checkmarks on another social network, only that you don’t have to pay for it and there are no blue checkmarks but a green one.

    The process is also pretty simple. You can verify yourself through your own website. For that, all you need to do is add your website address to your profile and then put a special link to Mastodon on your WordPress site.

    Add Your Website and Copy the Verification Link

    The first step happens in your Mastodon settings under Public profile. Here, you can add your website to your profile via the extra fields on the right side.

    Just put a description in the left column and the URL in the right. When you do and save, it will immediately appear on your Mastodon profile.

    You also find the verification link in the Public profile settings under the Verification tab.

    Simply copy it with the button. However, you can also create your own custom link. It will work as long as it has the rel="me" attribute in it and appears on your website.

    Include the Verification Link to WordPress

    There are different ways to add the link to your site. One of the easiest is to use a social icon linking to your Mastodon profile from your website. We have detailed instructions for that further below.

    Another option is to add it as a link to your website’s <head> section like so:

    That way, it’s invisible to the user. Place the code above inside your header.php file or add it with a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers. Naturally, user your own profile link, not mine.

    You can also enqueue it in your head section via functions.php with this code snippet (credits goes to David Artiss):

    Other options are to include it in a blog post, put it in your footer, or create a separate verification page. Just know that, if you use any other web page than your homepage (or whichever URL you posted to your Mastodon profile as your website), you also need to include the separate verification page in your extra fields.

    Once you have both pieces in place, you just need to wait for the Mastodon servers to pick up on the change. Once they do, you will see the green verification checkmark on your profile.

    By the way, if the above is too complicated for you, there is also the Simple Mastodon Verification plugin.

    Add a Mastodon Social Icon to WordPress

    A good way to integrate your Mastodon account with your main web presence is to include a social icon that links back to Mastodon. As we have learned earlier, this is also a possibility to set up your Mastodon verification.

    The best part: That’s a native functionality of the WordPress Gutenberg editor. You can do it very easily using the Social Icons block.

    Simply go to Appearance > Editor and open up the page template or template part that you want to add the icon to. The footer is usually a good idea.

    Here, use the Block Inserter (the big plus button in the upper left corner), the Add block button, or slash commands to add the Social Icons block.

    Once on the page, click the plus sign to add an icon and then choose Mastodon.

    Click the icon to add a link to it. Use the link rel option under Advanced in the sidebar to include the rel="me" attribute for verification if you wish so (just enter me, no quotes or anything).

    Once you save your changes, the Mastodon icon will appear on your WordPress website and also work as a verification method.

    Display Your Mastodon Feed on Your WordPress Website

    Some people like to display their social feeds on their websites. Doing so gives visitors a better impression about your company and brand communication as well as additional information. If you want to do that with your Mastodon content, you have several ways to achieve it.

    Use Auto Embeds

    Mastodon is among the many platforms for which WordPress offers auto-embeds. So, if you just want to show a single Mastodon post on your website, it’s enough to copy and paste its link.

    How do you get that?

    On Mastodon, simply find the post (aka toot) that you want to embed. Click on the three-dot icon at the bottom and choose Copy link to this post.

    After that, you can go to the page on your website where you want it to appear and simply paste the link in the editor. WordPress will automatically turn it into an embed.

    Embed Posts Via HTML

    As you can see from the screenshot above, the automatic embed didn’t work too well for me. Therefore, I found it a better option to use the Mastodon-native embed function. You can find it in the same place as the option to copy the link to your toots.

    The important thing is that you don’t paste it in the WordPress editor by itself. Instead, use a Custom HTML block to embed it on the page.

    This leads to a much better outcome and you can even preview it in the editor itself.

    Display Your Entire Mastodon Feed

    If you don’t only want to put singular toots on your WordPress site but your entire feed, there is also the Include Mastodon Feed plugin. After installation, it adds the [include-mastodon-feed] shortcode to your website that you can use to display your feed wherever you want.

    However, you first have to find out your Mastodon user id for that, which, unfortunately, is a bit of a hassle if you are not an admin of your Mastodon instance. In that case, you have to make an API request using the link below.

    https://yourinstance.com/api/v2/search?q=yourusername@yourinstance.com&resolve=true&limit=5

    Replace both occurrences of yourinstance.com with the URL of the Mastodon server where your username is registered and yourusername with your actual username. Then, paste it in your browser bar while being logged into your account. If all goes well, this should result in a screen with your user id at the top.

    You can then use this to populate the plugin shortcode, which looks like this:

    [include-mastodon-feed instance="YOUR-INSTANCE" account="YOUR-ACCOUNT-ID"]

    Again, replace YOUR-INSTANCE and YOUR-ACCOUNT-ID with the requisite information (don’t inclde http/https for your instance URL) and post the shortcode in the post or page where you want your Mastodon feed to appear on your WordPress site.

    When you now preview or publish the page, the feed will appear on the front end of your site.

    The plugin shortcode takes a whole bunch more parameters to customize it. You can exclude replies from the feed, limit the number of visible statuses, enable dark mode, and a lot more. You can find all of them on the plugin page in the installation instructions. An alternative plugin solution is Shortcode Mastodon Feeds.

    There is also a tool called Mastofeed.com (not to be confused with the .org version, which we will talk about further below). It helps you create HTML markup to post your Mastodon feed on your website and is also worth checking out.

    Automatically Post Your Latest WordPress Posts to Mastodon

    So, you now know how to include Mastodon content in WordPress. How about the other way around? Another crucial way the two platforms can work with each other is enabling WordPress to automatically post updates to your Mastodon account. There are several solutions for this as well.

    Auto-Post to Mastodon With a Plugin

    There are several plugin solutions you can use to achieve this. For this example we will use Mastodon Autopost. You can install it in the usual way via the Plugin menu.

    After installation, the plugin first asks you to log in to your Mastodon account in the settings.

    Enter your instance (the plugin has autosuggestion) and proceed. This will take you to Mastodon where you need to log in to your account and authorize the plugin.

    After that, it takes you back to the settings where you mostly configure how you want your posts to appear.

    Choose whether to include the title, excerpt, link, and/or tags, if they should appear as private toots, which content types to post, and whether to automatically post everything.

    In the Advanced configuration, you can further refine this by creating your own toot template, choosing a character limit, and adding a default content warning if necessary.

    Once saved, the plugin will get to work and automatically publish your content to Mastodon. In addition, it adds an option to the WordPress editor where you can decide on an individual post-by-post basis which of them you want to publish automatically.

    A very similar plugin with some additional options is Share on Mastodon.

    A second, slightly different option to automatically post your WordPress content to Mastodon is to use Mastofeed.org. Here, you can use your site’s RSS feed to post website content to your Mastodon account.

    The setup is extremely easy. Go to the site’s homepage and enter your Mastodon instance (again, without http:// in front).

    In the next screen, log in to Mastodon and then authorize Mastofeed to post on your behalf. Once back on the original site, click Add a new feed.

    After that, post the link to your site’s RSS feed (usually simply yourdomain.com/rss) and choose the visibility level.

    Click Add. In the next screen, you can activate the feed by checking the box at the top and clicking Update. After you do, you get access to the options to format how your content is going to appear.

    Make sure to click Update if you make any changes. You can also run a diagnostic if there are problems and delete the feed. Once done, Mastofeed will automatically check back for new content and post it to your account.

    Connect WordPress to ActivityPub

    The last method of how to integrate Mastodon with WordPress that we want to explore is ActivityPub. If you are not familiar with it, ActivityPub is a protocol supported by many platforms of the Fediverse, to which Mastodon also belongs.

    There is a plugin in beta status, simply called ActivityPub, which allows you to integrate your WordPress website with it as well. The cool thing is, doing so allows Mastodon users to follow your blog posts on the social network and any replies they send will automatically appear as comments on your website.

    Your author pages also become profiles on platforms using ActivityPub that others can follow and automatically receive updates from them. Setup is also pretty easy, you basically just install and activate the plugin, the settings only contain options to configure how your blog content is going to appear.

    Customize however you want, save, and start interacting on Mastodon.

    Mastodon and WordPress seem like they should be good pals and they are! There are many different ways to integrate the two platforms with each other.

    From using WordPress to verify your web presence, posting Mastodon content to WordPress and vice versa, to fully integrating your site with the Fediverse — there are so man ways to get started.   • How to Generate AI Music in 2023 (Tutorial)

    Have you ever had a dream of becoming a professional musician, but you have zero musical talent? Thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), it’s now possible to create amazing tracks using only a text prompt. AI music generators are the hottest trend in AI right now, and with good reason. Those with little to no music abilities can create stunning soundtracks to use in social media posts, YouTube videos, and more. In this post, we’ll explain how generative AI works and how to generate AI music in a few steps.

    Let’s dive in.

    What is AI Music?

    Since the introduction of generative AI in 2015, different forms of artificial intelligence have emerged, including text-to-speech, natural language processing, and AI art generators. Like these other forms, AI music uses text prompts to generate musical tracks with different instruments, styles, and genres. It can also create compositions, modify existing music, or even generate vocals.

    How Does AI Music Work?

    Like other forms of generative AI, the software used to create music is based on deep-learning computer systems trained on massive amounts of musical data, such as songs, artists, and genres. These models can be based on recurrent neural networks (RNNs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), generative pre-trained transformers (GPT), or music information retrieval (MIR). To help you understand the meaning of these terms, let’s break down what each is.

    Recurrent Neural Networks

    Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) are specialized neural networks that are great at understanding and processing data that comes in sequences, like sentences or time series. They work in a way that is similar to how our brains process information. In simple terms, RNNs can predict outcomes in sequential data, which other AI algorithms struggle with. RNNs are particularly useful when dealing with data that follows a specific order or pattern, like music.

    Generative Adversarial Networks

    While primarily used for generating images, avatars, and other forms of AI, they are also used to create AI music. Comprised of two parts, a generator and a discriminator, GANS uses these two neural networks to train systems to generate music. The discriminator is used to determine whether the input given is real or fake. The generator’s job is to try and fool the discriminator.     The first step is to sign up for a free account. Start by navigating to the Mubert website and clicking on the sign up button.

    2. Explore the Mubert Interface

    Once your account is created, you’ll get your first look at Mubert’s intuitive interface. You can easily generate a new track (1) or search by a reference URL (2), which we’ll explain in depth later in this post. In the meantime, when using the generate a track feature, you can enter a text prompt (3), set the duration of the track (4), or choose from a genre, mood, or activity to generate music (5). Once all fields are filled out, click the Generate track button (6) to witness the power of Mubert.

    Before we go over creating your first piece of AI music from a text prompt, let’s delve into genres in Mubert. These are excellent for making music in a specific style, such as ambient, classical, or rock. Those who need help with what to write in a prompt can use pre-defined styles, such as genres, to compose music. For example, if you choose the EDM genre, you can generate a clip with a strong baseline.

    Lastly, you can apply an activity style to your music by choosing one of the activity presets, including chill, focus, game, or sport. For example, you can select the sleep activity, then choose a subcategory like rain to create realistic rain sounds that can be used in other projects.

    We’ll note that selecting multiple categories at once is impossible when using presets. For example, if you choose a mood, you can’t choose a genre or activity simultaneously. You can type in a prompt if you want to combine genres, moods, or activities.

    3. Generate Your First AI Music Track

    We’ll show you how to generate AI music with a text prompt for this step. To keep the size down on our post, we’ll use a 15-second duration, but you can choose any length of time you’d like. Like other generative AI, less text is better. This is especially true with Mubert. Using long, descriptive prompts will likely confuse it, generating undesirable results. Therefore, it’s best to keep prompts brief and concise.

    Start by entering the following prompt into the text field: Progressive, vocal, tribal, house, minimal (1). Next, set the duration to 15 seconds (2), then click generate track (3). Once your track is complete, it will be visible directly beneath the controls. From there, click the play icon (4) to preview your track. You can click the regenerate button if you’d like to regenerate the track based on the same prompt (5). If you are satisfied with the results, click the download icon to save it (6) to your downloads. Remember that free users are allowed a maximum of 25 tracks, so if you don’t like the result, be sure to delete it (7).

    You can choose between track, loop, mix, or jingle if you regenerate a track. We’ll select the mix setting and keep the track length at 15 seconds.

    Searching by Reference

    In addition to creating AI music with a text prompt or preset, you can use the search by reference feature. This feature allows you to input a YouTube URL to search tracks contained in the video. For example, we’ll use one of our own videos to test it out. Input the YouTube URL (1), then click the search tracks button (2).

    In our experience, searching by a reference video takes quite a bit longer than using a text-to-music prompt, and the results were mixed. That’s likely because the tool is still in beta, so there are undoubtedly some kinks to work out.

    4. Download Your Track

    As mentioned, you can download and use your tracks in projects. However, if you’re using a free account, you must attribute the content to Mubert. To download a saved track, navigate to the avatar image at the top right of the screen, then click my downloads.

    If you’d like free reign over how your new AI music is used, you can sign up for a paid subscription. Plans are reasonably priced, with a creator plan starting at just $11.69 monthly. Regardless of the subscription, you can’t upload your creation to Spotify, Apple Music, or the like. However, you can sell your track on the Mubert Studio, which we’ll cover in the next section.

    5. List Your Track on Mubert Studio

    One of the best aspects of Mubert is the ability to generate passive income from the AI music tracks you create. Using Mubert Studio. To start, click the contribute button on the home page under Mubert Studio.

    Next, you’ll need to set up your account. Start by entering your email (1), then click the continue button (2).

    Creating Your First Stream

    Once you log in, you’re ready to create your first stream. Start by clicking the create stream button at the top left of the interface.

    When the screen refreshes, you’ll see several blank fields. You’ll fill these out to list your track in Mubert’s Studio. Start by giving your track a name (1), define the key (2), scale (3), beats per minute (BPM) (4), and assign an activity (5). Those are the only required fields, but filling out the remaining fields for mood, weather, genre, and tags will allow other users to find your track when searching.

    To find the key and BPM for your track, navigate to your downloads in Mubert, then click on the track you plan to add to the Studio.

    Once your parameters are set, click the add/edit sample button to add the track.

    Next, click upload to add a downloaded track from your computer. Note: Studio won’t allow you to upload an MP3, so you must convert your downloaded track to a wav file. No need to worry though, you can use an open-source software app like VLC media player to convert your files.

You can also select “Retry” if you want Divi AI to reprocess the request or one of the quick actions to modify the result further.

    Divi AI lets you improve previously written text—whether you wrote it yourself or had AI create an initial draft. Then, click “Improve with AI.” This will take the content already in the module and help us optimize it with AI.

    4. Guide me: This dropdown allows you to add more specifics, such as tone of voice, keywords, and content length, and lets you choose from over 130 languages.
    5. Generate text: Press to improve the content in your text module.

    We’ll use the following settings:

    1. Content Settings: Paragraph
    2. What are you writing about: “Write a context and expectation-setting paragraph of text for a landing page that tells potential clients of our social media consultancy just how hard it is to see results on social media without a proven method. Our method is proven.”

    4. Tone of Voice: Creative

    With these settings in place, click “Generate Text.” let’s see precisely how Divi AI improved our text based on our additional instructions. Remember, it used the base text that was in the module and updated it per our instructions. A lot of the time, it’s really close to what we need, so you can select “Use This Text” and do some minor editing yourself.

    • At an eighth-grade level, add these keywords to the copy. Only use each keyword once. If possible, use other NPL and semantic topic words related to these keywords to increase topical coverage of this content. The keywords are: …
    • Keep the original content exactly as is, except for adding an additional sentence to the end of the “first paragraph.” This additional sentence needs to use the exact phrase “_______” since I will be adding an anchor link to support content found on example.com/keyword.
    • Create a list of questions to use in a FAQ section for the keyword and topic of “________.”
    • Edit this copy to make it more fitting a (Commercial/Informational/Transactional/Navigational) search intent.
    • Add fitting H3 sub-heading into this content to help with flow and reader skim-ability. Change as little as possible except for the addition of H3 headings.
