  • How to Use ChatGPT in WordPress (2023 Tutorial)

ChatGPT has greatly impacted how we create since it burst onto the scene in November 2022. With the chops to help you craft outlines, headlines, paragraphs, or full blog posts, digital creators everywhere are warming up to the idea of creating content with artificial intelligence (AI). As AI continues to evolve, we see integration with ChatGPT in several ways, including within WordPress. In this post, we’ll showcase how to use ChatGPT in WordPress.

    Let’s dive in.

    What is ChatGPT?

    ChatGPT in WordPress

ChatGPT (or generative pre-trained transformers) is an AI chatbot, created by OpenAI, that makes humanlike dialog through natural language processing. It can respond to questions, carry on conversations, and even write code for you. It uses a form of artificial intelligence called generative AI, which is also used to create images, videos, music, and text.

    What is Generative AI?

    Generative AI explained

Generative AI is a unique form of artificial intelligence that learns from large amounts of data to produce high-quality text, images, and other forms of media. It uses deep learning, such as generative adversarial networks (GANs), to learn from a dataset and generate new content based on that data. GANs are made up of two systems: a discriminator and a generator.

During training, the generator’s job is to create new content to try and fool the discriminator. The discriminator receives the data, processes it, and determines whether it’s real. Initially, the generator could be better at creating new content so the discriminator can easily spot the fake. As training progresses, the generator gets better at its job, eventually being able to fool the discriminator.

Benefits of Using ChatGPT in WordPress

There are several benefits to using ChatGPT within WordPress. First and foremost, it can save you a ton of time in the content creation process. With ChatGPT, you can quickly write blog posts, product descriptions, and more within a few clicks. Another benefit of ChatGPT is increased customer engagement.

AI chatbots answer common questions, personalize recommendations, and quickly access information. Using ChatGPT as a live chat agent, you can provide customers with a service without hiring live agents to field questions. That said, there are plenty of other use cases for ChatGPT.

7 Use Cases for Using ChatGPT in WordPress

There are a few ways to use ChatGPT within WordPress. It’s great for researching blog post ideas, generating outlines, writing code, and creating plugins. Here are a few tasks that ChatGPT can assist you within WordPress.

    Researching Blog Post Ideas

Coming up with fresh blog post ideas can be a challenge. With ChatGPT integrated into WordPress, you can brainstorm ideas by conversing with it. It can suggest topics, trends, or even niche subjects, helping to overcome writer’s block and ensuring your blog has fresh content regularly.

    Generating Outlines

Crafting a well-structured blog post starts with an outline. ChatGPT can help you build an online based on an idea, adding main points, subheadings, and key points, allowing you to keep your thoughts organized and on track.

    Writing and Debugging Code

If you’re looking for a way to add functionality to your site but don’t have coding knowledge, ChatGPT can help you write CSS, HTML, and even PHP. In addition, if you’re experiencing an error and need help deciphering it, you can plug error messages into ChatGPT to help identify the problem.

    Creating Plugins

    User Engagement

ChatGPT can increase user engagement through chatbots. You can integrate it to offer recommendations, answer questions, and assist in finding relevant content on your site. You can even use it to provide technical support should you offer products and services.

    SEO Optimization

One of the most important ways to ensure your site gets noticed in the search engine ranking pages (SERPs) is by using an SEO plugin. Did you know that one of the more popular ones, AIOSEO, uses ChatGPT? With AIOSEO, you can use ChatGPT to generate titles and meta descriptions, making your life much easier.

    Generating Web Content

Writing high-quality, engaging content is a time-consuming task. ChatGPT can aid in writing content for your site, saving you time and effort. It’s perfect for crafting headlines, paragraphs, or entire landing pages.

How to Use ChatGPT in WordPress: 2 Methods

There are many ways to use ChatGPT for your website, but most involve using OpenAI’s interface to do it. In this post, we want to concentrate on ways to use ChatGPT within WordPress itself. The first is through Divi AI, which allows you to generate text (and images) when building pages in the Divi Builder. The second is through a WordPress plugin called AI Engine.

    Divi AI

Elegant Themes’ new flagship AI product, Divi AI, incorporates ChatGPT (3.5) inside the Visual Builder, so you can generate text on the fly. It can also be used to build a webpage, write a blog post, or simply improve copy you’ve already written.

    Divi AI

You can use Divi AI to create posts or pages, but for this post, we’ll create a page. Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard, then create a new page to start using Divi AI with ChatGPT.

    add new page

Next, give your page a title (1), then click the Use Divi Builder button (2).

    new Divi page

You can create a new page from scratch or choose a premade layout. We’ll choose to build our page with a premade layout:

    Premade layout

Select the ramen shop layout pack for Divi:

    choose layout pack

Next, choose the landing page layout (1), then click the Use This Layout button (2).

    ChatGPT in WordPress

With the layout loaded, we can start using Divi AI to generate copy for our page.

Divi AI: Generating Copy Automatically with ChatGPT

One of the fastest ways to use ChatGPT in WordPress is to generate copy automatically. Divi AI uses proprietary technology combined with ChatGPT that gives Divi unique insight into the content you want to create. Divi AI can examine surrounding content and make suggestions when using a pre-made layout or previously built page. To showcase this, select the text box under the page title by hovering over it to reveal the gray settings icon.

    edit text module

Click it to bring up the module settings. You’ll have two options to create copy with Divi AI. If you want to automatically generate copy for your module, click the Generate Content With AI button (1). Alternatively, you can hover over the text area to reveal the AI icon (2).

    activate Divi AI

Upon clicking the Generate Content With AI button, a new dialog box will appear with AI-generated text. As you can see, it used other elements within the layout pack to create copy directly associated with the content on the page.

    ChatGPT copy

To use the text, click the Use This Text button to insert the newly generated text into the text module.

    use this text

    Improving Copy with Divi AI

What if you want to improve the text? Thankfully, Divi AI lets you make improvements to copy just as easily. With the same text module activated, click the AI icon within the text box to bring up the options. As you can see, there are quite a few to choose from.

    AI text options

Let’s choose Improve with AI. A new dialog box will appear, revealing a few options:

    1. Content Type: Choose from a title, paragraph, button, blog post, or social media post.
    2. What are you writing about: Allows you to provide context to give Divi AI a better shot at producing what you want.
    3. Added context: Choose from this page content, this section content, this module content, or no context.
    4. Tone of voice: Allows you to provide the tone for ChatGPT to follow, including creative, informative, or funny.
    5. Must use keywords: Add keywords (short or long tail) that you’d like included in the text.
    6. Content length: Specify how many words, characters, sentences, paragraphs, or list items you want to generate.
    7. Language: Choose the language for your text.

    improve text with Divi AI

These settings allow you to fine-tune copy generated with Divi AI or written by a human. The great thing about ChatGPT within Divi AI is that you can guide it using keywords and other settings to produce content more attuned to your needs. For example, suppose we want to shorten the content created in the last section. In that case, we can easily specify how many words we’d like the text to have.

    AI Engine

AI Engine, a powerful WordPress AI plugin

Another good way to use ChatGPT in WordPress is through a WordPress AI plugin called AI Engine. It allows you to create chatbots, generate blog post ideas, and create images. To use AI Engine, you’ll need to obtain an API key through OpenAI and purchase credits. In our experience, generating a three-paragraph blog post will cost roughly a fraction of a penny, so it’s very cost-effective. Before we walk you through using AI Engine, let’s get you set up with an API Key.

    Setting up AI Engine

After searching for and installing AI Engine, the first step is getting the settings squared away. Before you do anything else, you’ll need to acquire an API key through OpenAI. To do this, click on the settings tab in the AI Engine interface.

    12. Prompts: Shows the prompts used, along with variables. Prompts are saved in templates for reuse.
    13. Usage Cost: Allows you to see the cost of the current generation.

    AI Engine Settings

    Generating Content With AI Engine

Now that you are familiar with the settings in the content generator, we’ll demonstrate how easy it is to create a blog post with AI Engine. Start by adding the following topic: How to Make Money with ChatGPT. Then click the Generate button.

    AI Engine Topic

After clicking the generate button, AI Engine will enter a title based on the topic you entered. The next step is to create sections. Choose the number of sections you’d like. For this tutorial, we’ll set the number of sections to 3. Then click the generate sections button. ChatGPT will create them and add them to the page.

    generate sections

Next, choose how many paragraphs you’d like to generate per section, then click generate content. We’ll add two paragraphs per section here. Depending on how many you choose to create, it could take up to a couple of minutes.

    generate content with ChatGPT

Then, you can generate an excerpt for your post based on the surrounding content.

    Generate excerpt

Finally, choose whether you want your new content added as a post or a page. We’ll select posts (1), then click the create post (2) button.

    create post with ChatGPT

Your new post will be created as a draft, so you can go in and make edits, add images, and publish it at your convenience.

    Adding a Chatbot to WordPress

    ChatGPT in WordPress

Another cool feature of AI Engine is the ability to create a chatbot to display on your website. It only takes a few minutes and can help with customer engagement by answering questions, pointing customers to a specific product or service, and more.

By default, AI Engine comes with a chatbot ready to integrate into your site, so to get it up and running, you can leave the settings as is and copy the shortcode to embed it wherever you wish. However, you can use some additional settings to make it more functional. For example, you can set it as a popup, make it full-screen, and style it to match your branding.

  • How to Write Powerful Headlines Using AI (Explained)

Do you want to write powerful headlines using AI (artificial intelligence)?

Many bloggers have already started using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve their content creation process. However, some people still wonder how to use it safely in their workflows.

In this article, we will explain how to write powerful headlines using AI on your WordPress blog.

    Writing effective headlines using AI

Why Is Writing Powerful Headlines Important?

Did you know that 4 out of 5 people will not click on your website even when it appears on the first page of search results?

Users don’t typically read pages as much as they scan them. It takes them just a couple of seconds to decide which search result they will click on.

As a publisher, your job is to make sure that your search listing is displayed more prominently to get user attention.

To do that, you can optimize your blog post for SEO, use schema markup, and write better headlines.

The headline or the SEO title is one of the most prominently-displayed parts of a listing in the search results.

    Headlines in search results

Writing irresistible headlines encourages more users to click on your website, which brings you more visitors, conversions, and sales.

Plus, the benefits of powerful headlines are not just limited to search results. They also encourage users to view more pages when they are on your blog and help them discover more of your content.

This leads to a superior user experience and more revenue for your business.

What Kind of Headlines Work Best?

Now the big question is: how do you know which headlines are more effective?

Luckily, marketers have been perfecting headline-writing techniques for decades. Even before the internet, headlines played a significant role in newspapers, magazines, television, advertising, and more.

The most popular headline writing technique is Emotional Marketing Value (EMV). It recommends using headlines that generate an emotional response among your readers.

Other things you may need to consider are the headline’s length and making it more helpful, relevant, and discoverable by search engines for your target keyphrases.

Now, you may wonder how to handle all these things when writing headlines.

The good news is that there are already plenty of tools available which can help you optimize your headlines. For instance, you can use WPBeginner’s free Headline Analyzer tool to improve your headlines.

However, you will still need to write different headlines to optimize and test them. This is where AI can help.

Artificial intelligence is excellent at recognizing patterns and reproducing them. You can use AI to come up with headline ideas and then manually edit them to make them more powerful.

How to Write Better Headlines Using AI

There are several ways to generate headlines using artificial intelligence.

We will talk about the two easiest ways, and you can choose the one that works best for you.

Both methods will be using OpenAI’s ChatGPT. In our tests, it came up with the most useful headline ideas.

Note: ChatGPT and other AI apps do not create content that can be copied and pasted without any human edits. When you use an AI tool, you must thoroughly review the results to make sure that all information is correct and that the messages are appropriate for your audience.

Method 1: Use All in One SEO to Generate AI-Powered Headlines

This method is recommended for most users because it works inside your WordPress admin dashboard.

One of the easiest ways to write better headlines using AI is by using OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

ChatGPT is a machine learning-based artificial intelligence software. It answers users’ queries using plain language in a chatbox-like interface.

To instruct ChatGPT, you must phrase your question as a ChatGPT prompt. You will need to write a prompt that can generate headlines using your content and other criteria we mentioned above.

However, this process means you will need to open a separate browser tab, copy and paste your content, and optimize your prompt based on the results.

This is where All in One SEO for WordPress comes in. It is the best WordPress SEO plugin on the market that allows you to easily use AI to generate powerful headlines for your posts and pages.

First, you need to install and activate the All in One SEO for WordPress plugin. For more details, see our tutorial on how to install a WordPress plugin.

Upon activation, you will be prompted to follow the setup wizard to configure plugin settings. Just follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup.

    AIOSEO setup wizard

After that, you need to edit a post or page where you want to create a new headline.

On the post edit screen, scroll down to the AIOSEO Settings section and click on the robot icon next to the ‘Post Title’ field.

    Generate headlines using AI

This will show a popup where you will need to provide API keys for your OpenAI account.

Note: You will need the premium version of ChatGPT to use this feature.

    Connect OpenAI

You can generate API keys on the OpenAI website by visiting the API Keys page in your account.

Simply generate a new Secret key and copy and paste it into the AIOSEO settings.

    OpenAI API keys

Once AIOSEO is connected to OpenAI, you will see the option to generate SEO titles.

Simply click on the ‘Generate Titles’ button to continue.

    Generate titles

All in One SEO will now generate SEO-friendly titles for your post using artificial intelligence.

You will see five post titles on the screen. They all automatically use the most up-to-date best practices for writing effective headlines.

    AI generated headlines

Just click on the ‘+’ button next to the headline you want to use. It will then appear in the SEO Title field in the All in One SEO settings.

You can also use AI to generate SEO-friendly meta descriptions by clicking on the robot icon next to the ‘Meta Description’ option.

    Generate article descriptions using AI

Once you have chosen a headline, you can then use AIOSEO’s built-in Headline Analyzer to test and further improve your headline.

Simply click on the ‘Headline Analyzer’ button in the top right corner of the screen.

All in One SEO headline Analyzer

It will show you a score for your headline based on the recommended best practices with practical tips to improve your score.

Basically, any score above 70 is considered good for an effective and SEO-friendly headline. For more details, you can see our guide on how to use the Headline Analyzer in WordPress.

Method 2: Using ChatGPT AI to Write Powerful Headlines for WordPress Posts and Pages

This method is recommended for users who don’t have the premium version of ChatGPT or don’t use All in One SEO.

The downside of this method is that you will need to design your own prompt. You will also need to copy and paste your post content into ChatGPT so that it can analyze it.

First, you will need to visit OpenAI’s ChatGPT website. You can sign up for a free account to try out ChatGPT or log in to continue.

    Try ChatGPT

Once you have signed up, you will see a chat window with a text field at the bottom where you can type your instructions.

The AI will then respond to your instructions by replying to your prompts.

    Asking questions to ChatGPT

You can ask ChatGPT to help you come up with headline ideas for your content by typing a prompt into the box.

For example, you can use the following prompt to generate a powerful WordPress post or page headline:

“I want you to act as an SEO expert and copywriter. Suggest at least 5 SEO-friendly titles and meta descriptions for the following blog post [Enter your blog post text here].
You must use the following focus keyword at least once in each title and description: [Enter your Focus Keyword Here]
Use a persuasive and intriguing tone. Make sure that each title is no more than 60 characters long. Make sure that each description is no longer than 160 characters.”

You will need to replace [Enter your blog post text here] with the contents of your blog post or page. You must also replace [Enter your Focus Keyword Here] with the focus keyword you want to use for your blog post.

After that, just hit ‘Enter’ and wait for ChatGPT to respond.

    ChatGPT generated headlines and descriptions

You can then select any of these headlines and descriptions to use as your blog post title and description.

If you are not using All in One SEO for WordPress, then you may want to run your headlines through WPBeginner’s free Headline Analyzer tool.

    Headline Analyzer score

The free Headline Analyzer tool tests your headlines based on a variety of parameters, including sentiment, character count, and word balance. You can then use its suggestions to make your headlines more powerful and effective.

  • Should You Accept Guest Posts on Your WordPress Blog? (Pros/Cons)

Are you trying to decide whether to accept guest posts on your WordPress blog?

Publishing guest posts can be a quick and easy way to get new content for your site. However, there are negatives and positives to consider, before deciding whether guest posts are right for your blog.

In this article, we’ll take a look at the pros and cons of accepting guest posts on your WordPress blog.

Should you accept guest posts on your WordPress blog? (pros/cons)

    What Are Guest Posts?

Guests blogs are a type of user-generated content that’s created by people who aren’t officially linked to your website.

Often, guest bloggers have their own products and services that they want to promote via guest blogging. With that in mind, they might feature their product or service in the guest blog, or add a backlink in their author bio.

Other guest bloggers may want to build their reputation as an industry leader by publishing on reputable websites just like yours.

Guest blogging is a very popular marketing and content-creation tactic. In fact, if you type ‘write for us’ into your favorite search engine, then you’ll get a ton of results.

Searching for WordPress blogs that accept guest blogs

That said, deciding whether to accept guest posts on your WordPress blog is a big decision. To help you make the right choice, let’s look at the pros and cons of accepting guest posts on your WordPress blog.

Pros: Should You Accept Guest Posts on Your WordPress Blog?

Some of the best WordPress blogs accept guest posts, so it’s no surprise there are many benefits. With that in mind, here’s why you may want to accept guest blogs on your WordPress website.

Get A Fresh Point of View

Every author has a unique point of view, and your audience will likely appreciate a change of pace and ideas. This is especially true if you’re a solo blogger or feel that your content is getting stale.

To really catch the reader’s attention, you can encourage guest bloggers to write about their own experiences or talk about a topic that typically generates lots of debate or even controversy. This can get more comments on your WordPress blogs.

In the best-case scenario, the guest post might even go viral and increase your blog traffic.

Although you want guest posts to stand out, they should still fit with the rest of your content. That said, it’s smart to publish a detailed style guide that guest bloggers can follow.

An example of guidelines on a website that accepts guest blogs

If you have a ‘wish list’ of topics for guest bloggers, then you can add them to your guidelines.

In this way, you can bring fresh and interesting opinions to your blog, while keeping things consistent for your regular readers.

An example of a 'write for us' page, on a website that accepts guest blogs

    Connect With a New Audience

Typically, guest bloggers want to promote their own products and services, or grow their reputation as a respected industry figure. With that in mind, guest bloggers will work hard to drive traffic to their blog.

This may mean sharing the link on their social media accounts, adding it to their email newsletter, or even writing about the guest post on their own website.

A guest blogger, promoting their posts on social media

This is all free promotion for your site and can get you lots of new visitors.

Even better, this is an entirely new audience who may be learning about your site for the first time. If these people like what they see, they may become regular readers or even customers.

That said, it’s a good idea to tell the guest blogger when you publish their post so they can start promoting it right away.

You might even share your Google Analytics data with them, so they know what actions are driving the most traffic to their blog. The guest writer can then fine-tune their actions to get you even more visitors.

    Connect with Industry Professionals

Accepting guest posts on your WordPress blog could be the first step to building positive relationships with the wider community including industry leaders.

This networking can lead to all sorts of opportunities, such as a chance to speak at events and conferences. Even if you simply chat with industry figures on social media, this can create a buzz around your business and get you more visitors.

If potential customers see you engaging positively with respected people online, then this also adds to your reputation. This may eventually get you more sales and conversions.

Newer blogs or websites may struggle to get guest blogs from big names. However, there’s always a chance that a smaller guest blogger may go on to do big things. If this happens, then a guest blog you published months or even years ago may suddenly start to get more traffic.

If you’re lucky, then the author will remember you gave them a chance when they were a new blogger. If this happens, then you’ll have a powerful industry contact, which could mean big opportunities for your business.

An Easy Way to Create Content

Creating blog posts takes time and effort. If you’re a solo blogger or a new business, then you may struggle to publish new content regularly.

Guest bloggers can supply you with new and interesting content, and help keep your blog fresh. By regularly publishing guest posts on your website, you can improve your WordPress SEO and keep people coming back to your blog.

Even better, you can do this without having to hire extra writers or taking time out of your busy schedule to blog.

Finding quality guest bloggers and editing submissions can take time, but it’s often much faster than writing the post yourself. There are also ways to effectively attract and manage guest bloggers, which can save you even more time.

To start, you can create a ‘write for us’ page so potential bloggers can read your guidelines, formatting rules, and the kind of content you’re interested in publishing.

An example of guest blogger guidelines

This should improve the quality of the guest posts you get, while also helping you avoid answering the same questions over and over again.

The easiest way to create a ‘write for us’ page is by using SeedProd. This WordPress page builder plugin comes with more than 180 professionally-designed templates and ready-made blocks that allow you to create an eye-catching ‘write for us’ page, fast.

The SeedProd page builder plugin for WordPress

After creating this page, you should add it to your site’s main navigation menu so visitors can find it easily.

We also recommend allowing users to submit posts using WPForms. WPForms is the best form plugin for WordPress and comes with a post submission addon that allows guest bloggers to upload content to your blog.

    The WPForms form builder plugin

In this way, you can automate the submission process and save yourself a ton of time.

For more information, please see our guide on how to allow users to submit posts on your WordPress site.

    Improve Your Reputation

When someone guest blogs for your website, people tend to see it as an endorsement. These guest bloggers are saying they like your brand and want to be associated with you.

In this way, accepting guest posts on your WordPress blog can build your reputation as a respected member of the community. With that in mind, we recommend trying to get guest blogs from industry experts and leaders in your field.

Also note that the endorsement goes both ways. You are also sort of endorsing the writer, too, by having them on your site. So it pays to be mindful of who you choose to write for you.

Plus, according to our blogging statistics report, there are over 600 million blogs online. A steady stream of recognizable guest bloggers can make your site feel more like a professional publication. This immediately makes your blog stand out from the millions of other blogs, which is great for driving more readers to your site.

Cons: Should You Accept Guest Posts on Your WordPress Blog?

It may seem like every WordPress website accepts guest posts, but guest blogging isn’t right for every website.

With that being said, here’s why you might not want to accept guest blogs.

Guest Posts Often Mean More Spam

Spam is a big problem for all websites. If you accept guest posts using WPForms, then you get built-in spam protection tokens, reCAPTCHA and custom CAPTCHAs, and other powerful features that can protect your site from spambots.

However, you may still get unwanted submissions. Some authors submit their posts to every single ‘write for us’ page they find, in the hope of getting at least one positive reply. Sometimes, these people may not even read your ‘write for us’ guidelines.

Reading through submissions takes time and effort, so these spammy posts can slow down your editorial workflow.

Using a plugin with built-in spam protection like WPForms is a great start, and it can protect you from most automated spam and bots. However, you should still expect to get a few ‘spammy’ submissions that aren’t appropriate for your business website or blog.

You May Get Blog Posts Created By AI Content Generators

Some bloggers may be more interested in publishing lots of guest posts, fast, rather than sending you quality content. With that in mind, you may get some guest posts created by AI content generators such as GPT3 (Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3).

Guest bloggers simply need to provide AI or CharGPT writing prompts and the artificial intelligence program will then go through lots of publicly available information to create a guest blog post for your website.

An example of an AI writing prompt

This can be a way to create lots of guest posts quickly, but there are some big problems for website owners. Firstly, there’s no guarantee that all the information these artificial intelligence plugins and tools use is accurate, so you may publish a guest post that includes completely false information.

Many AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT are also designed to be impartial and unbiased. This means the guest post may feel bland and uncreative, with very little passion or enthusiasm for the guest blog’s topic.

As AI generators get more sophisticated you may find it difficult to spot guest blogs that are written by autoblogging tools. However, researchers at Google have worked for years to detect content generated by artificial intelligence tools. In the past, they have penalized websites for publishing AI-generated content.

With that in mind, publishing guest blogs written by artificial intelligence may hurt your WordPress SEO, even if you didn’t realize the post was written by AI.

We feel that artificial intelligence tools like GPT3 can be great writing assistants for guest bloggers. They can be used to quickly create a blog outline, gather information, and suggest some key points for a guest blog. However, websites should be wary about accepting any guest blogs that are written using AI.

You May Get Duplicate Guest Post Content

Guest bloggers often try to promote their products, services, or brand by submitting to as many blogs as possible.

This means you may get a submission that’s already been published elsewhere. You may even publish a guest post, only for that content to appear on another website later.

This isn’t your fault, but the duplicate content can impact your SEO. Search engines such as Google often remove duplicate guest blogs from their search results, so you may struggle to get traffic.

Even if the duplicate content appears in the search results, you’re still sharing visitors with everyone else who’s published the same guest blog.

To avoid duplicate content, you should add an originality clause to your ‘write for us’ guidelines. This section should say you only accept submissions that haven’t been published elsewhere, including on the writer’s own website.

An originality clause on a website that accepts guest blogs

You should also make it clear that once you accept a post, the writer must stop submitting it to other websites.

However, there’s no guarantee that guest bloggers will follow your guidelines. With that in mind, you may want to check whether a submission has already been published. You can simply paste some of the content into a search engine such as Google, and see whether you get any matching results.

After publishing a guest post, you can monitor whether it shows up on other sites. For more on this topic, please see our guide on how to easily find and remove stolen content.

You’ll Need to Edit Guest Blogs

By publishing detailed and helpful guest blogger guidelines, you can often improve the quality of the posts you receive. However, you’ll still need to review and edit all incoming posts.

Depending on the quality of the guest posts, this can take a lot of time. You’ll also need to spend time on other tasks such as optimizing the post’s images and optimizing the blog post for SEO.

Thankfully, there are tools that can help you edit guest posts, fast. When it comes to optimizing for search engines, we recommend AIOSEO.

    The AIOSEO SEO WordPress plugin

AIOSEO is the best SEO plugin for WordPress and provides actionable suggestions for how to improve a blog post’s SEO.

This includes optimizing images for search engines by automatically setting your alt text, image titles, captions, and more.

Analyzing a guest post using AIOSEO

You’ll Need to Promote Your Guest Blogging Program

After publishing your ‘write for us’ page and submission form, you’ll need to drive people to those pages. This means promoting your guest blogging program.

There are lots of ways to attract guest bloggers, including posting on social media and writer forums and notifying everyone on your email list.

Once you’ve built relationships with reliable, quality bloggers, you should have no problems getting a steady stream of guest posts for your website. However, finding these people can be a lot of work. You’ll often need to invest time and effort into promoting your guest blogging program before it starts delivering results.

Final Verdict: Should You Accept Guest Posts on Your WordPress Blog?

There are many benefits to accepting guest blogs on your WordPress website. It can be a great way to generate new and interesting content for your blog, without you having to spend time researching and writing yourself.

By publishing guest blogs, you can also connect with other people in your industry. This includes leading industry figures, plus up-and-coming bloggers who may become important contacts in the future.

However, there are some big drawbacks you need to be aware of. In particular, duplicate content and spammy posts can hurt your SEO and your reputation as a respected website.

If you don’t want to allow guest authors to register an account on your site, then consider creating a guest post submission form on your website. It lets guest authors submit their articles directly to your post editor without even creating a user account for them.

Of course, using the right tools can help you avoid many of the drawbacks, while still getting all of the benefits.

  • What is ChatGPT & 10 Creative Ways To Use It

As one of the best AI chatbots available, ChatGPT is a fantastic tool that can help you with nearly everything, from crafting engaging video scripts to designing stunning websites. With its ability to generate unique output quickly, it’s an excellent tool for creating exceptional work, regardless of your skill level. In this post, we’ll explore ten creative ways to use it, some of its limitations, and tips on how to get the most out of it.

    Let’s dive in.

    What is ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a conversational software that uses three advanced models called generative pre-trained transformers (GPT) to generate text and code based on user input. These models have been trained on vast amounts of text data from various sources like books, social media, websites, and Reddit discussions. During this training process, the models learn language rules, such as how words are used in sentences.

It’s important to note that ChatGPT’s 3.5 version only has information up to 2021. However, if you upgrade to the 4.0 version with a paid plan, you can access a limited amount of information beyond that date.

Although ChatGPT is a series of language models, it generates output differently. Instead of using individual letters, ChatGPT uses tokens and pieces of words to create words. For example, the word dog is one token, but the word alligator is made up of two tokens: all and igator. To create output, ChatGPT calculates the likelihood of one word appearing with other words. However, there are other factors in generating output. The temperature setting is also essential.

    ChatGPT tokenizer

Temperature determines how random or focused the output will be. A lower temperature setting, such as .2, will give a more focused and predictable answer. A higher temperature setting, such as 1.0, will provide more creative and random output, giving you a more comprehensive range of possibilities. By default, ChatGPT’s temperature setting is around .7, giving you a balance of focused and creative output.

Now that you understand ChatGPT and how it works, let’s discuss what it can and can’t do.

    Understanding the Capabilities of ChatGPT

ChatGPT has been one of the most popular AI chatbots since its launch in 2022. It’s so popular that over 100 million people signed up for it in the first two months. With AI technology evolving at unprecedented rates, it can be challenging to determine what it can and can’t do.

    Benefits of ChatGPT

ChatGPT is an incredibly versatile tool with limitless possibilities, making it an excellent choice for various tasks. Whether you need to research topics, extract and paraphrase information, translate text, grade tests, or want to have a conversation, ChatGPT can help.

As AI is still a relatively new technology, there’s still much to learn, and there may be some hiccups. Some say that technology is evolving too quickly and could lead to the loss of jobs. However, it’s undeniable that AI is here to stay. You can achieve more in less time by embracing it and learning how to use it ethically.

That said, some potential drawbacks to using ChatGPT and AI, in general, are worth considering.

What Are the Limitations of ChatGPT?

The first and most important thing is to take what it gives you with a grain of salt. It has been known to provide entirely inaccurate information, so always double-check the facts. Another area for improvement with it is the fact that it can’t access the Internet for up-to-date information. As previously stated, ChatGPT’s results are based on information available as of 2021. Therefore, it can’t give you the latest news or information on the latest technologies, which can cause issues.

Furthermore, it cannot generate images or videos, so you may need to use other AI technologies, such as AI art generators or video generators, to create digital assets. Nevertheless, there are plenty of great tools available to help with that.

Lastly, ChatGPT’s results may not be as human-like as some would like. You’ll need to do a lot of fine-tuning to get the most out of it. However, that’s a good thing, considering using what it gives you word for word is unethical. After all, it’s designed to assist you, not do your job for you.

How to Generate Prompts with ChatGPT

To be successful with ChatGPT (or other AI Chatbots), you’ll need to develop the skill to create effective prompts. It’s more complex than you would think. As previously mentioned, AI models tend to spit out falsehoods occasionally, so starting with a good, descriptive prompt is essential. It’s so important in this evolving technology that new jobs are being created for prompt engineers. If you find yourself looking for a new way to make money with AI, it all starts with the prompt.

Here is a short list of practical ways to generate prompts:

Talk to AI like it’s human: ChatGPT is conversational AI, so to get the best results, talk to it like you’re sitting across the table from someone having a conversation. When entering prompts, try to include casual details, be descriptive, and clarify what you want, down to even the most minute details.

Provide context: Try to include some explanatory text when crafting prompts. Don’t just make statements like create a headline about WordPress. Instead, use something like: I’m looking to introduce new users to WordPress so they’ll know how easy it is to use. Can you craft me some potential headlines that will entice users to read about WordPress??

    creating ChatGPT prompts

    Have ChatGPT assume an identity:

Another tip is to have the AI embody the person or company you’re inquiring about. For example, let’s say you want to write a review about Divi. Rather than saying tell me why Divi is a great theme, say something like from the point of view of its CEO, describe why Divi may be the best choice for WordPress users.

    AI point of view

Those are just a few specific examples of ways to enhance AI’s output, but there are additional tips to consider:

    • Re-ask the question until you get the answer you desire
    • Make changes to your prompts to alter the output
    • Specify the length of the answer you’re looking for
    • Ask it to cite sources

Regardless of the type of answer, using a well-constructed prompt when using ChatGPT will give you better results than a standard prompt devoid of context, descriptors, or clarification.

10 Creative Ways to Use ChatGPT

There’s a long list of things that ChatGPT can help you with, including creative tasks. If you are a creative professional or new to design, writing, or web development, incorporating ChatGPT – or another good AI chatbot – can make your job much easier. Let’s look at ten ways to boost your creativity and save time on your projects.

    1. Blog Topics and Keyword Research

Sometimes adding a new blog post to your website can be challenging. If you need a little help with keyword research and creating effective headlines for your posts, ChatGPT is a great tool to use. Using a good prompt, ChatGPT can generate keyword ideas based on the subject of your choice.

    keyword ideas

After picking a topic, you can ask ChatGPT to generate some related headlines. As an example, it gave us a list of 15 topics related to WordPress. After choosing WordPress Design Trends, it gave us ten pretty engaging titles that we can use.

    blog post titles

Next, we prompted ChatGPT to provide an outline based on responsive design in WordPress. It ironed out a list of main points to craft our outline. While we had to make adjustments here and there, it provided a great start to draft our post.

    blog outline

    2. Assist in Generating Copy for a Website

Using ChatGPT as a guide, you can generate copy for your posts, blurbs, FAQs, and more. However, as previously mentioned, you should never use AI to write your entire post. Using it to generate ideas is OK, but you should rewrite any generated copy in your voice. Aside from the ethical implications (a huge part), Google doesn’t care for AI-generated content, which could hurt your ranking in search engines. It’s always best to have it guide you, inspire you, and discover facts that you might not know. That said, be sure to fact-check everything it gives you, as it can generate false information.

    ChatGPT generated content

Better yet, rather than having it generate copy for you, it’s best to refine copy that you have written yourself.

    3. Proofreading and Editing

When writing new content, especially as a beginner, it can be too easy to be wordy, misspell words, or omit a point that may be relevant. Thankfully, ChatGPT is the perfect tool to help revise, condense, or make your original content flow better. After writing a few paragraphs for your posts or other web content, input it into ChatGPT and prompt it to improve your content. One tip to follow is telling it to keep the original tone of voice. This lets the tool know that you intend to control what is written yet improve it based on the parameters you provide.

    revise copy

As an example, we took the paragraph we’ve written above and asked it to make it more concise while keeping the original writing tone. Because ChatGPT is a conversational tool, it will try to utilize earlier prompts in the thread for relevancy. Based on this process, you can use ChatGPT to trim excess fluff, spot misspellings, make things more concise, or provide ideas on making your copy more relevant.

    4. Creating WordPress Plugins

Another great way to use ChatGPT is to create plugins that you can use on your WordPress website. For the plugin to be functional and avoid further prompts, you must be more creative with your initial prompt.

For instance, we provided this information:

Create a WordPress plugin called “Dee Maintenance” that does the below actions once activated.

    1. After a user logs in, redirect them to the home page after logging in.
    2. If a user lands on the site but is logged out, show them a maintenance mode message that says this website is under maintenance. Give us a little time as we’re making things look awesome for you.
    3. Style the maintenance message with a grey background with a 5px border radius.
    4. Give the text a font size of 2em and make it red.

    example maintenance plugin

It provided a functional PHP file and told us how to implement it on our website. While you could use ChatGPT to code complex plugins, it can also be essential in creating plugins like these to help you keep your website bloat down.

    5. Writing and Debugging Code

If you’re a web developer, chances are you’ve encountered errors with your website’s code or discovered console errors on your website. Thanks to ChatGPT, you can get the assistance you need with a well-crafted prompt. For example, we asked ChatGPT to identify a common console error to get help understanding the problem and how to fix it. It successfully identified the problem and provided us with the steps to correct it.

    common console error

So, what happens if you have a more complex problem to solve? No worries because ChatGPT can assist with that too. In addition to debugging code issues, it will also write code for you. It understands various programming languages such as CSS, HTML, Javascript, PHP, etc.

If you’re a beginner, ChatGPT is an excellent tool for explaining what a code’s function is. For example, we grabbed a script from a Divi website and asked it to explain it. It described the code’s purpose with detailed information to make it easier to understand (as if we were a beginner). As a result, ChatGPT turned into an instructor, making it an excellent tool for people wanting to learn more about coding.

    ChatGPT code explanation

    6. Generate Video Scripts

If you want to create promotional videos for marketing campaigns, ChatGPT is a great asset. Generating video scripts is the same process as blog posts but with a few differences. Of course, you’ll need to start with a keyword or title, then provide as many details as possible to get the best results. Anyone who creates videos can tell you the process can sometimes take hours or even days to develop a script. ChatGPT can do it in minutes. You can even use detailed prompts for effects and transitions that you can copy and paste into a good AI video generator to enhance it.

It can even be used to create YouTube videos, TikTok videos, and much more. For instance, we asked it to make a 30-second clip about five unknown dog facts. It generated a full script with ideas on which assets to use—pretty amazing stuff.

    creating video scripts

    7. Generate Surveys and Quizzes

Quizzes and surveys are great tools for gaining valuable insights from your customers. Marketers can take these answers and use them to develop good marketing strategies. They are short, simple, and engaging, making good conversation pieces for users to share on social media. ChatGPT excels at this, so making them is a lot easier. You can create topics, titles, descriptions, and, yes, questions to include in your surveys and quizzes in a few short minutes.

For example, we asked ChatGPT to create a survey for an online jewelry store with lagging sales. We entered a concise prompt and got some pretty good questions about their shopping experience. You can take what ChatGPT gives you to gain other ideas for questions or reformat them to meet the needs of your specific business.

    Survey example

If you’re a WordPress user, you can use a good quiz plugin or survey plugin to add a quiz to your site quickly. That said, the possibilities are endless. You can ask ChatGPT to create HTML to incorporate your quiz into a static website, prompt it to make a text-to-image description to use with an AI art generator, and more.

    8. Market Research

When conducting market research with ChatGPT, being specific is the best way to start. Tell it about the product or service you’d like insight on, provide specific demographics to look at, and even ask it to embody your target audience.

For instance, we asked ChatGPT to help identify people in Birmingham, Alabama, that would likely be interested in purchasing web design services. With a well-crafted prompt, it provided us with the age groups, income and education levels, and the specific locations of that area that would be our best demographic to target. While this is a basic example, it gives you a good concept of what ChatGPT can do.

    ChatGPT market research

Additionally, you can prompt ChatGPT to give a perspective or speak as a particular entity. It will help if you continue feeding it after the initial prompt to ensure you get the best results. Finally, as we’ve stated many times in our article, please don’t take what it says as absolute. Following up with your research is essential to ensure you have the correct facts.

    9. Write Product Descriptions

If you have an ecommerce website, one of the most tedious tasks is writing good product descriptions. This is especially true if you have hundreds of products to create. Thankfully, ChatGPT and other AI writing software can help with that. As with any other task you ask of ChatGPT, you get what you give. So, to get the best results, be descriptive yet precise in telling it what you want.

We asked it to create a product description for an insulated 20-ounce cup we want to sell. After the initial prompt, it spits out five paragraphs, which is too much for a product description. So, in a follow-up prompt, we instructed it to provide two concise yet easy-to-read sections that make our product sound fun.

    10. Generating AI Art

Our final creative way of using ChatGPT combines it with other AI programs to create beautiful artwork. Since ChatGPT is a language model, it can’t currently create images for you. However, there is a plethora of AI software that can help. When you are ready to create your art, you can combine it with a program such as MidJourney to design webpages, image assets, and so much more.

Using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi

Alternatively, you can use ChatGPT to generate prompts for AI image generators. However, this method requires quite a bit of tweaking to get things like you want them, and most text-to-image AI software can do that for you.

    Final Thoughts on Using ChatGPT

ChatGPT is a powerful tool with many practical uses, from blog topics and proofreading to coding websites and WordPress plugins. While it does have some mighty AI chops under the hood, it’s important to remember that it does have some limitations. We highly suggest you use it as a guide rather than having it do all of your work for you. After all, it’s meant to be an assistive tool, not a job replacement.

With its innovative technology, ChatGPT has the potential to revolutionize how we approach content creation, marketing, and technology. The sky’s the limit with AI, and it is exciting to see what kind of advancements it will bring.

How do you use ChatGPT, and are there other AI tools you swear by? Let us know in the comments below.

  • How to Use AI to Create Amazing Web Design with Divi (Using ChatGPT & MidJourney)

It’s no secret that artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a significant part of our day-to-day lives, from Netflix recommendations to chatbots, and facial detection to text editors. Today, the impact of AI is not only seen on screens but is felt. An arena that is now seeing an influx of AI’s presence is digital design and art. Conversations are sprouting up about the power and people – or lack thereof – participating in this medium. Is it possible to use AI to create amazing artwork while still supporting artists? Can AI be used as a tool to help facilitate better digital creations? We’d like to think so, so we’ll explore using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi.

In this tutorial, we’ll use two AI tools — MidJourney and ChatGPT — to help influence a homepage design in Divi. We will use the MidJourney bot to create the visual aspect of our design. Then we will use ChatGPT to create the copy that we’ll use in our test. Finally, we will recreate the design, using the design from MidJourney and the copy from ChatGPT in Divi.

    Let’s get into it!

Using MidJourney to Inspire Amazing Web Design

MidJourney, according to their website, “is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species.”. The MidJourney Discord bot allows you to use your Discord account to create four, custom AI-generated images from simple text prompts. You can then use other commands to modify and interact with the images created.

    Create a MidJourney Account

Before we start using the AI, you will need to create an account on the MidJourney Discord server.

Sign up or join the MidJourney Discord server

If you already have a Discord account, you can log in to your existing account and begin using MidJourney right away.

Sign into the MidJourney Discord server with your current Discord account

    Enter the MidJourney Discord

Once on the MidJourney Discord, take a quick read through the quick start guide. This will help you familiarize yourself with the server’s guidelines. You will also gain insights into how the bot works and the other cool things you can do once you are comfortable using the bot.

Read the MidJourney quick start guide

Remember that the free version of MidJourney allows you to do 25 queries. Once you enter the MidJourney Discord server, you want to look to join a newbies channel. You can see the available channels on the server by looking in the menu on the left-hand side.

Joining a newbies channel within the MidJourney Discord

Click on any newbies channel to start generating images.

    Begin Creating with MidJourney

Now that you’re in your newbies channel on MidJourney, the real fun begins… creating some images!

    Issue Initial Command

We want to generate some inspiration to create a clean homepage design. To issue your first command, click in the textbox at the bottom right of your screen. You can be as descriptive or concise as you’d like. In our case, we entered, “create a clean, modern and material design homepage template. Included the CN tower. Use the colors white, grey, gray, and gold.”

Issuing your first command to MidJourney

This is what was generated from that command.

    Begin your search in MidJourney

Here’s what it looks like outside of Discord.

    MidJourney generated homepage layout

    Refine Initial Command

While these layouts are a good jumping-off point, let’s see what happens when we try to refine our AI-generated web design layouts. To do this, we’re going to refine the fourth option from our list.

Upscale variation 4 of our AI generated image

    Rework AI-Generated Design

Once you’ve created your first design, MidJourney allows you to upscale (make larger) or create variations from one of your four options. We decided that we wanted to see some variations of the fourth option and to make it bigger.

Upscale option 4 and create a variation of this selection in MidJourney

These are the results of MidJourney making variations of our fourth design.

    Second iteration of MidJourney

    Let’s take a closer look.

    MidJourney generated homepage layout versions

Notice the addition of elements such as menus, icons, titles, and social media icons. From this layout, we’re going to use the fourth option. This is the design that we are going to emulate in Divi.

Using ChatGPT to Create AI-Generated Web Design Copy

Now that our design has been created, we’re going to use AI to create the copy to go into our design. We will use ChatGPT to create a headline, a short paragraph, and a call-to-action to use on our button.

    Create a ChatGPT Account

To begin, we create an account with ChatGPT. If you already have an account, you can log in.

Login or signup for a ChatGPT account

To save time, you can also use your Gmail or Outlook account.

    Create your ChatGPT account

    Issue Initial Command

Once you are logged in, you’ll be presented with this screen. This is the dark mode version, but there is also a light mode version.

Using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi

Let’s start by creating our first request. In the text box, we’re going to ask ChatGPT to “create a short slogan for a Toronto-based web design firm.”

Asking ChatGPT to create a short slogan for our website

This is the result of that request.

    Results of our first ask

    Refine Copy with ChatGPT

The beauty of ChatGPT is that we can ask many questions and get some great options to use in our copy. Let’s ask for 5 other variations, but let’s ask that each variation is, at most, 5 words. In the textbox, enter, “Make the slogan only 5 words. Create 10 different variations.”

    Refine slogan for ChatGPT

These are the variations that ChatGPT came up with for our slogan.

    Different slogan options in ChatGPT

Let’s use option 5 for our slogan. We’re going to repeat the process for our paragraph of text. Let’s enter into ChatGPT, “Craft a 5-sentence paragraph promoting web design services to Toronto business owners.”

    Creating copy for intro paragraph

This is the result that was created. It’s pretty good!

    ChatGPT generated welcome paragraph

Instead of asking for more versions of this paragraph, let’s ask ChatGPT to change the tone of the welcome paragraph. Let’s ask ChatGPT to “Make this paragraph more casual, leaning toward light and fluffy.”

Change the tone of the welcome paragraph

Notice that the tone of the paragraph has become more casual and is still on track with what one would need to introduce their web design company.

Casual copy for welcome paragraph with ChatGPT

To complete our copy, let’s create 10 different versions of call-to-action text that we can use on our button. Our next command for ChatGTP is, “Come up with 5 versions of call to action text that I can use on a button.”

Creating a variety of call-to-action text for a button

While these options are great, they’re a little long for a button.

    Button CTA options

As our final request to ChatGPT, let’s ask it to make our text shorter by saying, “make them shorter.”

    Our final CTA text options

We will use the last option Launch Now as the CTA for our button.

Using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi

Now, we have both our design inspiration and the content to use within this design. We can bring these findings to Divi and start building a real-life working homepage layout. Let us proceed to begin using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi.

Create a New Page in WordPress

Let’s start by creating a new page in WordPress. From the WordPress Dashboard, we hover over Pages from the left-hand menu. Then, we click Add New. This will create a brand new page.

    Add new page

When your new page has been created, add a title. Then, publish the page by clicking on the blue Publish button. Lastly, activate the Divi Builder by clicking on the purple Use Divi Builder button.

Title and publish new page before activating Divi Builder

With the Divi Builder activated, click the blue button that says Start Building. We’ll build our page from scratch but use assets from the layout generated by MidJourney.

    Build page from scratch

    Creating Sections and Rows

Once the visual builder has loaded, we are now presented with several column structures that we can add to our default row and section. We will delete this section and use a Special section layout instead. Firstly, we click the X button to exit the row selection menu.

Exit out of the regular section menu

Then, we click on the blue button at the bottom of the section. This will allow us to add a new section. We want to click the Speciality section icon. This will allow us to add a section that is similar to the layout that MidJourney generated.

    Add new specialty section

From the options of Specialty sections, we click the second option.

    Select second specialty section option

With our section selected, we now have the option to start adding rows to our section. When we refer back to the layout generated by MidJoureny, we see a row containing the headline, paragraph, and call-to-action button. Then, we notice that there is a decorative set of columns. So, let’s add a one-column layout that will hold our copy.

Add row to column layout, first

Next, we’re going to add another row beneath this by clicking on the green plus icon. We’ll add a two-column row underneath the initial one-column row. This will function as our decorative columns.

Add second row to specialty section

With our Specialty section layout now complete, we can now delete the default section from our page. Click on the trash can icon from the section’s menu to delete it.

    Delete regular section

    Adding Divi Modules

This is what our base layout looks like in Divi.

Section and row layout in Divi

We’re now going to add Divi’s native modules to the layout to create our homepage. This will act as a low-fi wireframe.

    Adding the Image Module

To begin, let’s add an Image Module to the first column of our section. Click on the gray plus icon within the column. Then, select the Image Module icon.

    Add Image Module to column

Click the green checkmark to save the Image Module in place.

    Exit out of Image Module

    Inserting the Text Modules

Next, we’re going to move over to the second column of our section. In the first row, we’re going to add two Text Modules. The first one will hold the headline, and the second will hold our paragraph copy. Both of which were generated in ChatGPT. Click on the gray plus icon within the first row. Then, select the Text Module. This is going to be our Text Module holding our headline.

    Add first text module

We’re now going to add our heading content. However, we’re going to format it to look like our MidJourney design. To do this, break up the text and use the h3 tag to highlight a keyword within our headline. This is an important step, as we’ll be applying separate styling to that part of the text. Click on the green check mark to save our content.

Add headline text from ChatGPT to first text module

Now, we’re going to add a second Text Module for our paragraph content. Click on the gray plus icon again, and select the Text Module icon.

    Add second text module

This time, however, add the paragraph copy from ChatGPT and click the green check mark to save our content. To complete this row, we can add our last module, which is a Button Module.

Add paragraph from ChatGPT to second text module

    Add Button Module

We’re going to add a Button Module to this row. To do that, we click on the gray plus icon and select the Button Module.

    Add Button Module

Add the text from ChatGPT to the button’s text and click the green check mark to save our content.

Add CTA text from ChatGPT to our button

Inserting the Social Media Follow Module

If you look closely at our AI-generated design, you’ll see some icons underneath the image. We’re going to use the Social Media Follow Module to add a few social media icons under our image module.

    Add Social Media Follow Module

With our Social Media Follow Module added, let’s add a few social media networks to this module. I’ve added 5 to emulate our AI-generated image.

Add social media networks to the social media follow module

Click the green check mark to save your social networks. Now, with all our modules in place, we can begin styling our homepage layout!

Implementing Visual Branding and Design Elements

For this next section of our tutorial, we will need some external tools to help us utilize the assets generated by MidJourney. While we are using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi, these aren’t the only software we’ll use. You will need a tool that will allow you to select the hex codes from the AI-generated image. You will also need an image editor to crop the photo from the image to use in our design. We will also use Google Fonts to replicate the fonts created by MidJjourney.

The tools that I used to do this were:

    • ColorZilla: An eyedropper Chrome extension that allows you to select and save hex codes from web pages.
    • Photoshop: To crop and make photo edits. You can also use Photoshop to select the hex codes from your MidJourney image.

Ultimately, use whatever tools are available to you.

    Uploading Your Image

Open your image editor of choice, and crop the focal image from the original MidJourney image.

    Crop image from MidJourney photo

Save this image to your hard drive. Then in Divi, edit the Image Module.

    Edit image module

Click on the gear icon to open the Media Library. This is where you’ll upload your image.

    Edit image module

Upload your image from your hard drive and insert it into the module.

    Upload image module

With our image uploaded, we can now move to the Design tab of the Image Module. In the Design tab, click on the Sizing tab. From there, select Yes next to the Force Full Width toggle.

Set Image Module to full width

Next, on the docket, let’s style our social media icons.

    Styling the Social Media Module

To begin, we click on the gear icon of our Social Media Icon Module.

    Edit social media follow button

Once we have all our social media links presented to us, we will go into each one and remove the background. To do that, click on the gear icon next to each network.

    Edit individual social media networks

Then, click on the Background tab and delete the background color present. Click the green check mark, then repeat this for all the social media networks you have added to this module.
    Remove social media network background

After removing the backgrounds for each social media network, click on the Design tab. Set the alignment of the icons to the right-hand side, exactly as it is in the MidJourney image.

    Change social media icon alignment

Now, let’s add some color to our icons. Click on the Icon tab, and set the icon color to #000000.

    Set social media icon colors

Finally, we click on the Spacing tab to add some padding to the right of our module. Add a right padding value of 25px. Then, click on the green check mark to save our edits.

    Add right spacing to module

    Styling Our Text

At this time, we have styled our modules on the left-hand side. We will now move onto the right-hand side, beginning with our headliner Text Module. Click on the gear icon so that we may enter the Text Module settings.

    Edit first text module

We navigate straight to the Design tab. Next, click on the Text tab. We can slightly make out that the headline text is in all caps. So, let’s set the text font style to All Caps.

    Set text to all caps

Then, we set the alignment to center and the text color to Dark.

    Set text alignment and color

We used the H3 tag to draw attention to the middle word in our headline. So, we now click on the Heading Text tab. Then, we click on the H3 heading to begin to style it. Let’s set the font for the heading to Cantarell.

    Begin heading text styling

Next, let’s increase the font size to 63px. Finally, we’ll set the letter spacing to -5px. Then, we can click the green checkmark to save our text changes.

Set font size and letter spacing

For the paragraph, the default Divi settings a similar to that which MidJourney created. As such, we will simply change the alignment of the text. Enter the text settings by clicking on the gear icon.

    Edit second text module

Then, select the Design tab. Finally, from the Text tab, set the alignment to the center. Save your changes by clicking the green checkmark.

Set second text module text alignment

    Customizing the Button

For our Button Module, we’ll use our color picker tool to find the button color from MidJourney. I used the picker in Photoshop and discovered that the background color’s hex code is #c1aa85.

Select button hex code color from image

With this information, we can move into Divi and begin designing our button. As always, click on the gear icon to enter the module’s settings.

    Edit button module

Then, click on the Design tab and then click the Button tab. For the Use Custom Styles for Button Option, select yes.

Begin to set custom styles for button

These are the settings that we’ll be using to style our button.

    Button Design Settings:

    • Button Text Size: 14px
    • Button Text Color: #ffffff
    • Button Background Color: #c1aa85
    • Button Border Width: 0px
    • Button Border Radius: 15px
    • Button Font Style: All Caps
    • Spacing:
      • Top and Bottom Padding: 10px
      • Left and Right Padding: 35px

This is what our Button Module now looks like after using MidJourney to inspire our design using Divi’s tools.

    Button and Text final preview

    Creating Decorative Columns

The final design piece of our layout is the decorative columns underneath our copy. To create these, we will need a Divider Module in each column. To begin, click on the gray plus icon and select the Divider Icon.

    Add divider module to column

While in the Content tab of our Divider Module, de-select the Show Divider option under Visibility.

    Remove divider visibility

Next, move to the Design tab. From there, click on the Spacing tab. Set the left and right padding to 100%. While it looks like there isn’t much happening with this module, all will be revealed when we add our colors and padding to our sections, rows, and columns. Click on the green check mark to save your changes.

    Add spacing to Divider Module

Duplicate the Divider Module and move it into the column next to it.

    Duplicate Divider Module

    Adding Backgrounds, Spacing, and Padding

Now that all our modules are styled and designed, we can add the finishing touches to our homepage layout. For reference, this is where we stand.

Using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi, halway point

A far cry from the design that MidJourney created for us. However, with a bit of color and spacing, we will be successful at using ChatGPT and MidJourney with Divi.

To start, let’s click the gear icon of our Specialty section.

    Edit section background color

Next, click the Background tab. Using our color picker, we deduced that the background color for our section will be #e7e6e4. So, set the background color for our section to #e7e6e4.

    Set section background color

Now, let’s move to the Design tab. From here, click on the Sizing tab. Here are the settings that you’ll need in the Sizing tab.

    Sizing Design Settings:

    • Equalize Column Heights: Yes
    • Use Custom Gutter Width: Yes
    • Gutter Width: 1
    • Width: 100%
    • Inner Width: 100%
    • Inner Width Max: 100%

    Set section sizing settings

Now, we move to the Spacing tab. We want all the padding and module within the section to be set to zero. Here are the settings that we’ll be using there.

    Spacing Design Settings:

    • Margin:
      • Top and Bottom: 0px
      • Left and Right: 0px
    • Padding:
      • Top and Bottom: 0px
      • Left and Right: 0px
    • Column 1 Padding:
      • Top and Bottom: 0px
      • Left and Right: 0px
    • Column 2 Padding:
      • Top and Bottom: 0px
      • Left and Right: 0px

Set all spacing within the section to zero

Once these settings are in place, remember to save them by clicking the green check mark. With these settings, we can already see that our design in Divi is spacing up to look very similar to that which MidJourney generated.

Spacing, Backgrounds, and Padding for the Second Column

We now move on to the second column of our section. We begin editing the first row within this column by clicking on the gear icon for the row.

Edit the first row within the second column of our section

While in this row, click on the Design tab. Next, we move to the Spacing tab. Set the padding for the top, bottom, left, and right to 50px. We finish off this section by saving our work.

    Add padding to row

We move onto our final row, again, clicking on the gear icon to enter the row settings.

Edit second row or second column

For the two columns that are a part of this row, we will use the background colors #b0b2b1 and #bfb192 for the first and second columns respectively. Click on the gear icon next to each column.

    Edit columns in the row

Then, set the background color to each column’s respective color.

Set background color of each column

With both columns styled, notice that we are getting closer to our end product. To tie it all together, we need to add some final spacing edits to the row where these decorative columns reside. To start, click on the Design tab of the row. Then, set the Custom Gutter Width to Yes. Set the width of the gutter to 1. Also, activate the Equalize Column Height option.

    Row sizing design settings

Next, move to the Spacing tab and set the margin and padding to 0.

Add margin and padding of 0 to row

And with that, we’ve successfully used ChatGPT and MidJourney to create a homepage layout in Divi. Here’s our finished product!

  • WordPress Developers Are Experimenting With Gutenberg-Native AI Block and Content Assistants

As more WordPress plugins for AI-generated content and images, chatbots, and assistants, are landing in the official directory, developers are beginning to explore even deeper integration with the block editor. Moving beyond the prototypical content generators that are cobbled together into a plugin, the tools developers are experimenting with today will provide a more deeply integrated experience that works seamlessly with the block editor as a natural extension of its capabilities.

Last week Human Made CTO Joe Hoyle published an early preview of generative AI natively integrated into the block editor with a video demonstrating prompts working across various blocks.

“Taking a native-first approach to integrating generative AI into WordPress, we’ve been experimenting with approaches to a ‘WordPress Copilot’ that can ‘speak’ Gutenberg / block-editor,” Hoyle said.

“Copy-pasting paragraphs between ChatGPT and WordPress only goes so far, while having the tools directly embedded in the editor for block layout generation, auto-linking, formatting, translation summarization and more open up a world of possibilities and productivity wins for content creators.”

Munir Kamal, WordPress developer and founder of Gutenberg Hub, has created a native AI writer with a similar UI to the tool Hoyle previewed, as they both were inspired by the Notion app. His preview video demonstrates far more capabilities than the earlier AI content generators for WordPress have implemented.

Kamal has tapped into the GPT API to add more options to the AI writer, including the ability to rewrite, improve the generated text, fix grammar, simplify language, make it shorter, make it longer, and translate. He plans to release it as a commercial plugin in his Gutenberg Hub shop when it’s ready.

“With the increasing advancements in AI technology, thanks to OpenAI for taking the leap, I believe it will become an even more integral part of blogging,” Kamal said when asked about AI and the future of blogging. “It can assist in generating ideas, improving grammar and structure, and even help with SEO optimization.

Hoyle is equally optimistic on the future of AI integrated into WordPress tools. It will be exciting to see if his Gutenberg-native AI copilot can be extended to blocks inside the Site Editor, to offer a text prompt-guided design experience without having to click through the tools.

“Going through this project has convinced me that LLMs [Large Language Model] have much more potential than I was giving them credit for,” Hoyle said. “It feels like there’s still a lot to discover what the models are capable of.

“As the availability to GPT-4 (and with it larger token limits) increases, we see a clear path of improvement to what we’ve shown today. The data and information that is stored and available to the Content Management System is ideal for model-training and building a corpus of data specific to the user. Generating, improving and suggesting content of all types that is specific to the data set will be another lead forward in the utility of these tools. We see a future where AI will support and enhance the work we all do, and see the necessity to integrate the technology deeply into the tools and solutions we create.”

  • 14 Best Ways to Use OpenAI on Your WordPress Website

Are you wondering how to use OpenAI and ChatGPT on your WordPress website?

OpenAI can help with everything from generating meta descriptions for your posts to writing email sales copy. You can use OpenAI on your WordPress site to save time, cut costs, improve your SEO and workflows, and grow your business!

In this article, we will show you 14 of the best ways to use OpenAI on your WordPress website.

The best ways to use OpenAI on your WordPress website

    A (Brief) Introduction to OpenAI

You have probably heard the terms “OpenAI” and “ChatGPT” used interchangeably, but they’re not exactly the same.

OpenAI is the research laboratory (read: a group of very smart people) behind the chatbot ChatGPT and the deep-learning, image-generating model DALL-E 2, among other AI-powered products.

    OpenAI homepage

The team over at OpenAI created ChatGPT which is an AI assistant to help streamline your workflows and save you time.

It can write email newsletters for you, suggest blog post ideas, do keyword research, automate your workflows, and so much more.

To improve your WordPress website workflows with artificial intelligence, you will first need to create an account with OpenAI. Getting signed up is FREE. All you will need is an email and a password.

We also recommend reading our guide on the best ChatGPT prompts for bloggers, marketers, and social media, so that you can interact with the program more easily.

With that in mind, let’s look at 14 ways to use OpenAI on your WordPress website.

    1. Generate Titles and Meta Descriptions with AIOSEO

All in One SEO (AIOSEO) is the best SEO plugin for WordPress, and it just got an AI-powered boost. After adding your keywords to your blog posts, let AIOSEO and OpenAI further optimize your content for search engines.

The first step is installing AIOSEO. Please see our guide on how to install WordPress plugins.

Then, from within the WordPress post editor, you can tell OpenAI to generate titles and meta descriptions that best fit your content with the click of a button.

Simply go to the ‘AIOSEO Settings’ at the bottom of your page and find the ‘Post Title’ box.

The AIOSEO OpenAI post title generator
Next, you need to click on the robot icon. If you hover your mouse over it, you will be able to see a ‘Use AI Generator’ message.

Now, you can see 5 post title suggestions. Simply click on the ‘+’ icon next to one to use it for your post.

AIOSEO OpenAi SEO post title suggestions

If you don’t like any of the suggestions, you can also click ‘Generate New Titles’ to see new ones.

Then, simply repeat the same steps by clicking on the robot icon in the ‘Meta Description’ box. AIOSEO will then suggest a few meta descriptions for your post.

Plus, connecting your OpenAI account to your AIOSEO account is as easy as copying and pasting an API key. You can check out AIOSEO’s documentation for more details.

    2. Generate Ad Copy and Product Descriptions

Due to GPT-3’s talent for SEO, it is probably no surprise that it can handle more of your content creation needs. You can use OpenAI to create short, effective ad copy that matches your brand or long-form product descriptions for your WooCommerce store.

For example, we prompted ChatGPT to describe the need for running shoes using the “problem-agitate-solve” framework.

Creating a product description with ChatGPT

Simply edit the text to match your preferred sentence structure, include your keywords, throw in some on-brand and product-specific language, and then watch your sales increase!

    3. Generate Blog Post Ideas

If you are anything like us, then coming up with content ideas for your WordPress blog can be time consuming. Fortunately, OpenAI runs on one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers.

So, you can ask it to come up with ideas for new content on your blog.

In our previous examples, we used OpenAI to help with tasks by inputting prompts directly into ChatGPT.

In our next few examples, we will look at how to integrate OpenAI directly into your WordPress workflow, truly leveraging the power of automation and AI to save time and resources.

Uncanny Automator is one of the best automation plugins for WordPress, and it enables you to connect OpenAI to your WordPress site in many useful and interesting ways.

For this example, we will use OpenAI with Uncanny Automator to generate ideas for new content based on a user’s form submission. Then, we will automatically send OpenAI’s response to your content management spreadsheet or database, like Google Sheets or Airtable, for the whole team to access.

If you don’t already have Uncanny Automator, you can download the Automator plugin for FREE to try on your WordPress site.

Once you have downloaded Automator, you will need to connect Automator to OpenAI. Then we will build the automation recipe below.

Automator and OpenAI content ideation recipe

First, you need to create a new form using a contact form plugin like WPForms. From your WordPress admin sidebar, navigate to WPForms » Add New.

Then, create a new contact form and make sure to add two number fields labeled ‘Temperature’ and ‘Maximum length’, and one single line text field labeled ‘Open AI Prompt’.

    WPForms OpenAI prompt

Now, you must head to Automator » Add New. In the pop-up window that appears, simply select ‘Logged-in users’, followed by ‘Confirm’.

    Automator logged-in recipe

Next, give your new recipe a title that makes it easy to recognize. For example, we have named our recipe ‘OpenAI Content Ideation’.

In the ‘Triggers’ panel, you need to select ‘WPForms’. From the drop-down list that appears, select ‘A user submits a form’ and choose the WPForms form that you just made. When you are finished, just click ‘Save’.

    WPForms Automator trigger

After that, in the ‘Actions’ panel, you have to select ‘OpenAI’.

From the drop-down list that appears, choose ‘Use a prompt to generate text with the Davinci model’.

Use a prompt to generate text with the Davinci model

In the Actions section, map the fields from the WPForms form to the Temperature, Length, and Prompt fields in the OpenAI action.

To do this, click the ‘*’ icon to the right of each field to choose the correct token associated with the trigger.

How to use WPForms tokens with OpenAI prompts using Automator

When you are finished, simply click Save.

To send the blog post ideas to an external spreadsheet, you will need to add a second Action. To do this, click ‘Add action’ in the ‘Actions’ panel.

    Add recipe action with Automator

From the menu of available integrations, simply choose Google Sheets.

Then, from the drop-down list, select ‘Create a row in a Google Sheet’.

Create a row in a Google Sheet with OpenAI

In the editor, you must select your content management spreadsheet. Then, click ‘Get columns’ and add the OpenAI Response token to the appropriate column(s).

Make sure to click ‘Save’ when you are done.

Add response token to Automator recipe

Finally, in the top right corner, toggle your recipe from ‘Draft’ to ‘Live.’

Now, whenever you enter information into your blog post idea generator form, Automator will tell OpenAI to suggest new content ideas and send them to your Google Sheets spreadsheet.

    Make the Automator recipe live.

In our example, we entered “Give me 5 fun blog posts on pediatric dentistry” into the WPForms form.

Then, OpenAI generated a response, and Automator added it to the worksheet in the recipe.

    4. Perform Sentiment Analysis

There is no way of knowing if AI has any feelings of its own. If we had to guess, we would say that it probably doesn’t. At least, not yet. But that doesn’t mean that it cannot understand human emotions.

You can use OpenAI to perform sentiment analysis by asking it to interpret the mood of your customers’ feedback.

    OpenAI sentiment analysis

But how can you use this with your WordPress website?

Maybe your contact forms are connected to a help desk plugin, and you want to assign priority based on the message urgency.

Alternatively, maybe you want to automatically approve positive blog comments. You could even quickly identify negative feedback in surveys powered by your favorite WordPress form plugin.

In both cases, you will be able to address negative feedback quicker, keep your customers happier, and improve your online reputation.

    5. Automate Customer Support with Intelligent Sentiment Analysis

Now that you know how to use OpenAI to perform sentiment analysis, you can easily add it to your workflows. By combining OpenAI’s emotional intelligence with Uncanny Automator’s efficiency, you will be able to create a seamless customer support system.

For this example, you will need the pro version of Uncanny Automator so that you can add conditional actions to the automation.

Let’s put together an Automator recipe that creates tickets in our customer support plugin whenever a customer reviews a product.

First, we have OpenAI perform sentiment analysis on the reviews as they come in.

Then, using Automator’s Filters feature, we create tasks with different priority levels based on OpenAI’s assessment of the customer’s sentiment.

In this recipe, if OpenAI decides that a new WooCommerce product review is negative, then it creates a new help desk ticket in FluentCRM and adds an Urgent tag.

How to tag a negative support ticket with OpenAI and Automator

If you are ready to take things to the next level, you could even use the submission to create a draft reply for the ticket.

Just add an extra OpenAI action to generate a draft reply, then include that response as the ticket draft.

This works best with the GPT-3.5-Turbo model because you can use Automator to also send context. For example, you can tell it to answer the prompt as a helpful support agent from your website.

    6. Create Event Summaries, Recap Podcast Episodes, and Take Meeting Minutes

Running special events on your WordPress website is easy with WordPress calendar plugins. Unfortunately, not every customer of yours can save the date.

After all, we cannot do everything and be everywhere all at once, but OpenAI can.

If your customers missed the big day, OpenAI can create event summaries for you. You can even choose the length and format of the summary you want OpenAI to make.

For example, we asked ChatGPT to create a 100-word summary of an October 2008 IMF town hall. In less than one minute, ChatGPT turned the 1,500-word opening remarks into a 100-word summary.

    ChatGPT text summary

Alternatively, maybe you are trying to grow your podcast audience. To help your listeners who don’t have two hours a day to consume media, you can use OpenAI to recap your podcast episodes, hitting all of the highlights.

Using transcripts, we asked ChatGPT to summarize the first 15 minutes of a popular podcast.

    Podcast summary from OpenAI

Finally, some conference call tools, like Zoom and Google Meet, allow users to record their meetings with audio transcripts. You can then feed those transcripts into OpenAI and create meeting summaries in just a few seconds.

    7. Draft Blog Posts (and Seamlessly Integrate Them Into Your Workflows)

For content writers (including us), few things are more stressful than a blank page. Thankfully, artificial intelligence is the sledgehammer that can break through any writer’s block.

Using one of our blog post ideas from our previous recipe, we told OpenAI to draft a blog post for us.

In this Automator recipe, a form submission (the trigger) tells OpenAI to draft a new blog post. Then, it messages the writer in Slack to let them know the draft is ready for them.

    Generate a post with OpenAI

From your WordPress admin sidebar, simply go to WPForms » Add New.

Then, create a new form with at least two number fields labeled ‘Temperature’ and ‘Maximum length.’ You will also need two single-line text fields labeled ‘Title’ and ‘Open AI Prompt’.

    WPForms OpenAI blog post draft

Next, you must go to Automator » Add New. In the pop-up window that appears, select ‘Logged-in users’. Then, simply give your new recipe a title like ‘OpenAI Blog Post Draft’.

In the ‘Triggers’ panel, you need to select ‘WPForms’ From the drop-down list that appears, you must choose ‘A user submits a form’ and pick the form you just created.

    OpenAI blog post generator

When you are finished, make sure to click ‘Save’.

Moving on, in the ‘Actions’ panel, you must select ‘OpenAI’. From the drop-down list that appears, choose ‘Use a prompt to generate text with the Davinci model’.

In the editor, fill in the fields using the tokens from your form’s fields that match the fields in the editor. When you are finished, just click ‘Save.’

How to use WPForms tokens with OpenAI prompts using Automator

Now, it is time to set up an automatic blog post that will be created with the OpenAI content.

In the ‘Actions’ panel, simply click ‘Add action’. Then, from the menu of available integrations, select ‘WordPress’.

    Automator WordPress integration

Next, from the drop-down list, hit ‘Create a post’. In the editor, you must fill in the ‘Title’ field with the Title token from your form and enter the OpenAI Response token into the ‘Content’ field.

Then, make sure to click ‘Save’.

Create a post using Automator and OpenAI

Optional: You can also add a ClickUp action to your recipe to create a task with the post URL in the description.

Additionally, you can include a Slack action to notify your content writer that a new task and draft post is waiting for their review.

Send a direct message to a Slack user

Finally, in the top right corner, toggle your recipe from ‘Draft’ to ‘Live’.

In our WPForms form, we then asked OpenAI to ‘Write a casual blog post on three ways to make dental visits fun for kids.’

And here is the draft that Automator created with OpenAI’s response.

    OpenAI blog post

We call that the anti- writer’s block recipe! You can also use AI to generate your SEO title, write a meta description, and even set up a featured image.

    8. Draft Emails in Minutes

Writing carefully-worded emails takes time. Unless, of course, OpenAI is writing them for you.

Whether you are sending out an internal notice, responding to a customer’s questions, or reaching out to prospective clients, OpenAI can draft your email in seconds. After that, it is just a matter of proofreading and including specific information.

We prompted ChatGPT to “write a 300-word marketing email promoting a Black Friday sale on limited edition clothing.” Less than 30 seconds later, we had an email that we could easily customize to suit our branding and needs.

    ChatGPT Black Friday marketing email

If you pair OpenAI with customer relationship management (CRM) apps, you will be drafting emails faster than your SMTP server can send them!

    9. Create Blog Post Summaries for Social Media

Promoting your blog posts on social media is important. However, sometimes, writing the appropriate character-length tweets and captions can be even more challenging than creating a whole article.

With OpenAI and Automator, you won’t have to stress about the perfect hashtags.

Here is an example of an action that takes a new blog post and sends it to OpenAI to generate a summary that can be shared on Twitter:

Create a post summary for Twitter

Automator will send that summary, complete with hashtags, to our WhatsApp account. There, we can review, edit, copy, and then paste the content into our social media accounts when we are ready to publish it.

For a post on connecting ChatGPT to LearnDash, OpenAI wrote this summary:

Embrace the robot revolution and use OpenAI and LearnDash to create the e-learning platform of your dreams. #AI revolution is here! Harness the power of AI for your #elearning platform w/ OpenAI & ChatGPT models. Automate content creation, create course outlines & answer students’ questions. Save time & money w/ Uncanny Automator! #LearnDash #NolejAI #RobotRevolution.

You could even extend your recipe to make Automator post the summary straight to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

    OpenAI social sharing

    10. Generate AI Images for Your Posts or Landing Pages

Are you tired of scrolling through stock photography databases trying to find the perfect image for your blog post? Or finding a picture and then realizing that every other article with your keywords is using the same image?

Fortunately, OpenAI’s image generator DALL-E 2 can create original images from descriptive plain text.

OpenAI’s Content Policy and Terms give you all of the rights to the images that you create with DALL-E 2, “including the right to reprint, sell, and merchandise.”

Using our original WPForms form with an added field for an image prompt, we used Automator to create a draft blog post complete with a featured image.

    Generate AI images with Automator

Here is that same blog post about dental visits with a featured image created by DALL-E.

As you can see, it has a fun graphic with a tooth, toothpaste, and different toothbrushes.

To make the process even easier, whenever you tell DALL-E to create an image using Uncanny Automator, Automator will add the image to your WordPress media library, with no hotlinking necessary.

    11. Create Course Outlines in Your LMS

OpenAI is smart. After all, “intelligence” is in the name.

With Uncanny Automator and a learning management system (LMS) like LearnDash, you can be just as smart as AI. Or, at least, you can create outlines for courses that will make you as smart as AI (if you do your assigned reading).

We asked OpenAI to create an advanced 8-week course outline on supercomputers, which, funnily enough, is kind of like an OpenAI autobiography.

Once you have your course outline, don’t forget to use AIOSEO’s OpenAI integration to write your meta description.

    12. Create Lessons in Your LMS

Using a similar Uncanny Automator recipe to the previous one, you can easily fill in the course outline that you created with OpenAI-generated content.

We used OpenAI’s response from our previous recipe to help us create this lesson.

Here is the first part of it.

With the right prompts, you can also create a recipe that generates unique images for your lessons and uploads them automatically to your WordPress media library.

Using Automator tokens, you can also set your new DALL-E 2 generated image as the featured image for your lesson or include it somewhere in the lesson itself.

    13. Create a Chatbot

As a natural language processor, OpenAI loves to talk. You can use this feature to communicate with customers in your online store or business website.

This can help you target users who are having problems on your site or want to learn more about your products and services.

With the right recipe, you can actually turn OpenAI into a chatbot on your WordPress website. You can read this guide on how to create an AI-powered chatbot with OpenAI and Automator.

    14. Have Fun! Write Short Stories, Poems or Cook Up Recipes

Once you have fully integrated OpenAI and Uncanny Automator into your workflows, you will have enough time to do the things that really matter like growing your business or spending more quality time with family.

Playing around with OpenAI and trying out new things is a great way to learn how to create better prompts that get the results you are looking for, so you can continue to save time and optimize your workflows.

OpenAI and WordPress plugin development are in the super early stages right now, and there is so much more in the works. We will be sharing more details and updates in this guide in the coming months.

Are you looking for ChatGPT prompts ideas to improve blog and marketing strategy?

ChatGPT prompts are the instructions that you type in ChatGPT AI to speed up your workflow. You can use ChatGPT to draft social media posts, come up with blog post ideas, and so much more. The key to getting best results with AI is to make your ChatGPT prompts better and more specific.

In this article, we’ll share the best ChatGPT prompt ideas for bloggers, marketers, and social media, so you can improve your marketing results.

Ultimate list of ChatGPT prompt ideas

This article will cover a lot of topics, so you can click on any of the links below to jump to a particular section that best suits your needs.

    What is a ChatGPT Prompt?

A ChatGPT prompt is the starting point of a conversation in the form of a question or instruction given to an AI language model like ChatGPT.

ChatGPT is an AI-based software that uses machine-learning technology called Natural Language Processing.

To see it in action, you need to sign up for ChatGPT by visiting the OpenAI website.

    Signup for ChatGPT

After that, you’ll see a simple chatroom. At the bottom, you can input your prompt in plain language.

For instance, ‘How old is the Universe?’ and hit the send button.

Entering your text prompt in ChatGPT

ChatGPT AI will then respond to your question in plain language.

The answer length and style may vary based on the prompt you entered.

Writing better prompts allows AI to narrow down its approach and provide you with more specific details.

If you want to start a blog, then ChatGPT can help you find article ideas, the article outline, rough drafts, SEO optimization, proofreading, research, and more.

Many bloggers and marketers are exploring opportunities to generate content ideas using AI.

By learning some quick prompt ideas, you can speed up the process and unlock maximum benefits from ChatGPT AI to improve your workflow.

Note: ChatGPT and other AI apps are usually not able to create content that can be simply copied and pasted without any human edits. When you use an AI tool, be sure to go through the results thoroughly to be sure that all information is correct and that the messages are appropriate for your audience.

How to Write Better ChatGPT Prompts?

ChatGPT uses natural language processing which means you can write your prompts in a plain conversational style.

For instance, instead of typing a smaller sentence, you can instruct GPT on how to respond, which style to use, length limitations, ask for examples, and more.

Instead of asking ‘What is Marketing?’ a better prompt would be:

‘Write an essay on marketing for beginners, in a 1 3 1 format, emphasize the role of social media and search engine marketing, and persuade users to have a positive image of search engine marketing.’

    Longer prompt example

While writing your prompts in natural language might seem really simple, many beginners may still be unsure about where to start. It can take a lot of practice to find a style of prompt that works best for your projects.
